研究目的：

后循环缺血眩晕是一种临床上常见的缺血性脑血管疾病，临床主要症状为眩晕。针刺止眩由来已久，尽管临床疗效或机制研究证据较少。本研究采用针刺就近取穴原则，选取后颈部“三风穴”针刺治疗后循环缺血眩晕，我们将针刺与安慰针刺进行比较，观察针刺止眩的即刻效应与持续时长。

Objectives of Study：

Posterior circulation ischemic vertigo is a common clinical ischemic cerebrovascular disease, with the main clinical symptom of vertigo. Acupuncture has a long history of reported anti-vertigo effects, although there is little evidence of its clinical efficacy or understanding of its mechanism of action. In this trial, the principle of acupuncture at the nearest point was adopted, and acupuncture at the San Feng acupoints in the back of the neck was selected to treat posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. We compared acupuncture with sham acupuncture to observe the immediate effect and duration of acupuncture-induced anti-vertigo effects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄为40～75岁，性别不限； （2）结合影像学检查及临床症状符合后循环缺血性眩晕西医诊断标准； （3）神志清楚，可配合要求完成各项检查者； （4）签署知情同意书，可配合完成治疗和研究方案。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients 40-75 years old, regardless of sex who; 2) meet the Western medicine diagnostic criteria for PCIV in combination with imaging findings and clinical symptoms and are 3) clear-minded and able to cooperate with the requirements and complete the various assessments, and 4) can provide signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）经检查证实由颅内占位性病变、脑卒中、脑外伤、眼、耳疾患如梅尼埃病、迷路炎、前庭神经元炎、链霉素中毒等其他病变所致的眩晕； （2）有小脑或脑干梗塞等大面积严重脑梗死症状及体征者； （3）合并有严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病、精神疾病而不能完成治疗者； （4）妊娠或哺乳期妇女、过敏体质者； （5）近一月内行针灸治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with vertigo caused by intracranial space-occupying lesions, stroke, brain trauma, eye and ear diseases such as Meniere's disease, labyrinthitis, vestibular neuritis, streptomycin poisoning, and other diseases confirmed by examination; 2) patients with symptoms and signs of large-area severe cerebral infarction such as cerebellar or brainstem infarction; 3) patients with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney diseases, and mental diseases; 4) pregnant or lactating women, or patients with allergies; and 5) patients who have acupuncture treatment in recent months.
