研究目的：

基于ZAP的生物学特征变化，探究艾灸治疗对于不同代谢状态下ZAP患者的疗效差异，评估其在疼痛程度、睡眠质量、情绪状态、生活质量、疾病预后方面的干预效应以及不良事件的发生情况，同时结合IRT技术辅助评价艾灸治疗ZAP的疗效，以期明确电针治疗在PHN治疗的优效性，形成可推广的ZAP针灸临床诊疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the changes in the biological characteristics of ZAP the difference in efficacy of moxibustion treatment on ZAP patients under different metabolic states was explored and the intervention effect on pain degree sleep quality emotional state quality of life disease prognosis and the occurrence of adverse events were evaluated. Meanwhile the efficacy of moxibustion treatment on ZAP was assisted by IRT technology. In order to clarify the efficacy of electroacupuncture therapy in the treatment of PHN to form a ZAP acupuncture clinical diagnosis and treatment scheme that can be promoted.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合ZAP诊断标准的，且病程超过3个月的； （2）局部疼痛情况基线评分大于等于4分，但不超过7分； （3）由躯干部的带状疱疹导致的神经痛； （4）年龄在18-85岁（包含端值），性别不限； （5）意识清楚，有疼痛感知及辨别能力，无基本交流障碍； （6）自愿参加本项研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for ZAP and whose disease course exceeds 3 months; (2) The baseline score of local pain conditions is greater than or equal to 4 points but no more than 7 points; (3) neuralgia caused by shingles of the trunk; (4) Age 18-85 years old (including end value) gender is not limited; (5) clear consciousness pain perception and discrimination ability no basic communication barriers; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）不符合上述纳入标准者； （2）发生在头面部、四肢部或合并发生的带状疱疹、泛发性带状疱疹或有其他特殊类型带状疱疹，如脑膜带状疱疹、内脏带状疱疹； （3）妊娠、哺乳期的患者； （4）对普瑞巴林或针灸刺激过敏患者； （5）合并有严重的脏器损害或认知功能障碍、精神障碍、失语，或其他重大疾病，无法配合治疗者； （6）合并有其他严重皮肤病； （7）安装心脏起搏器者； （8）近3个月内或正在参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) herpes zoster occurring on the head and face limbs or combined generalized zoster or other special types of zoster such as meningozoster visceral zoster; (3) pregnant and lactating patients; (4) Patients allergic to pregabalin or acupuncture stimulation; (5) Patients with severe organ damage or cognitive dysfunction mental disorder aphasia or other major diseases unable to cooperate with treatment; (6) combined with other serious skin diseases; (7) Patients with cardiac pacemakers; (8) Within the last 3 months or currently participating in other clinical investigators.

根据IRT检测后的皮温变化情况进行分组，ΔT≤-0.3为皮温明显降低组，ΔT＞-0.3为皮温不变组，采用中央随机系统的动态随机法进行分层随机化操作，当符合纳入排除标准的受试者进入研究前，由各中心负责随机化的人员或临床研究者登陆中央随机系统中进行随机化分组。本项目的随机化方案将由不参与本项目的统计分析的第三方临床评价中心产生。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The groups were divided according to the changes in skin temperature after IRT detection ΔT≤-0.3 was the significantly decreased skin temperature group and ΔT > -0.3 was the unchanged skin temperature group. The stratified randomization operation was performed by the dynamic randomization method of the central stochastic system. When subjects meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria entered the study Randomization was performed by the randomization personnel or clinical investigators of each center who logged into the central randomization system. The randomization protocol for this project will be generated by a third party clinical evaluation center that is not involved in the statistical analysis of this project.
