研究目的：

1.比较开四门针法结合常规针刺与常规针刺的临床效果和安全性； 2.基于红外热成像分析开四门针法对阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者的经脉或特定腧穴的温度变化趋势和特点。

Objectives of Study：

1.Compare the effect and safety of Kaisimen needle combined with acupuncture and acupuncture 2.Analyze the temperature change and characteristics of meridians and acupoints of patients with Yang deficiency chronic fatigue syndrome treated with Kaisimen needle by infrared thermal imaging

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征的诊断标准；②年龄在 18～60岁之间；③思维正常能够进行语言沟通；④自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the diagnostic criteria of Yang deficiency chronic fatigue syndrome; ② The age is between 18 and 60 years old; ③ Normal thinking, able to communicate in language; ④ Voluntarily sign informed consent.

排除标准：

①存在影响慢性疲劳病因的患者；②合并其他严重心、脑、肾疾病及精神障碍者； ③妊娠期、哺乳期女性，近半年有妊娠要求；④近三个月接受过慢性疲劳综合征的治疗，如中药、针灸、西药等影响本试验疗效的患者；⑤正在接受其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with some causes affecting chronic fatigue; ② Combined with other serious heart, brain, kidney diseases and mental disorders; ③ Pregnant and lactating women, and women having pregnancy requirements in recent half a year; ④ Patients who have received the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome in recent three months, such as traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and Western medicine; ⑤ Patients who are undergoing other clinical trials.
