研究目的：

评价注射用丹参多酚酸在广泛人群中应用对缺血性脑卒中（恢复期）的有效性 评价使用注射用丹参多酚酸后 mRS 评分恢复至 0-1 分的患者（治疗成功）的比例； 评价使用注射用丹参多酚酸后对日常生活活动能力（Barthel 指数积分）、认知功能（MMSE 评分）的影响； 评价使用注射用丹参多酚酸后对缺血性脑卒中（恢复期）卒中后并发症、主要不良心脑血管事件（MACCE）的影响； 2)通过预设亚组分析，精准定位注射用丹参多酚酸治疗缺血性脑卒中（恢复期）的作用特点和优势； 观察注射用丹参多酚酸在广泛人群中应用的安全性。

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the efficacy of salvianolic acid for injection in the treatment of ischemic stroke (recovery period); 2. To evaluate the proportion of patients (successful treatment) whose Mrs score recovered to 0-1 after using salvianolic acid for injection; 3. To evaluate the effect of salvianolic acid injection on activities of daily living (Barthel index score) and cognitive function (MMSE score); 4. To evaluate the effect of salvianolic acid injection on the complications and major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (MACCE) after ischemic stroke (recovery period); 5. Through the analysis of preset subgroups, the characteristics and advantages of salvianolic acid for injection in the treatment of ischemic stroke (recovery period) were precisely located; 6. Observe the safety of salvianolic acid for injection in a wide range of people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1) 缺血性脑卒中（发病 7 天~3 个月，不包含 7 天，包含 3 个月）者； 2) 神经功能缺损程度 NIHSS 评分在 4~20 分（包括边界值）； 3) 年龄 18 岁及其以上，性别不限； 4) 首次发病者；或曾有发病史，未留有肢体瘫痪等后遗症，且不影响本次NIHSS 评分，mRS 评分≤1 分者； 5) 入选时 mRS 评分（大于等于）2 分者； 6) 自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with ischemic stroke (7 days to 3 months, excluding 7 days, including 3 months); 2. Patients with NIHSS score of 4-20 (including boundary value) in neurological deficit degree; 3. Patients aged 18 and above, regardless of gender; 4. The patient suffering from the first disease, or having a history of disease, has no sequelae such as limb paralysis, and does not affect NIHSS score this time, mRS score <= 1; 5. Patients with 2 or more scores of mRS at the time of inclusion; 6. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1) 头颅影像学检查证实有脑肿瘤、脑炎、脑脓肿等导致相似症状的疾病， 或证实有出血性脑梗死，硬膜外血肿，颅内血肿，脑室出血，蛛网膜下腔出血等； 2) 对研究中使用的药物成分过敏者； 3) 合并有严重的心、肝、肾、血液疾病者、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病者； 4) 妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； 5) 药物或酒精滥用者； 6) 精神疾病患者； 7) 正在参加或一个月内参加过其他临床试验者； 8) 研究者认为不适宜入选的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients with brain tumor, encephalitis, brain abscess and other diseases that lead to similar symptoms are confirmed by skull imaging examination, or the patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, epidural hematoma, intracranial hematoma, intraventricular hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc.; 2. Patients who are allergic to the drug ingredients used in the study; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, blood diseases and endocrine system; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Objects of drug or alcohol abuse; 6. Patients with mental illness; 7. Subjects who are participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within one month; 8. Subjects considered unsuitable by the researchers.
