研究目的：

分析针刺华佗夹脊穴为主治疗阳气郁滞型青少年抑郁症的临床疗效与安全性，促进制定具具有华佗医学特色的青少年抑郁症中西医结合诊疗方案。

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture Huatuo chiropractic acupoint in the treatment of adolescent depression with yang qi stagnation and to promote the formulation of a diagnosis and treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for adolescent depression with Huatuo medical characteristics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①符合 ICD-10 中抑郁障碍及阳气郁滞型郁病的诊断标准；②年龄 13～18 岁，意识清醒，无失语、智能障碍，文化程度初中（含）以上，能理解量表内容并配合治疗；③7 分＜HAMD-17 评分＜24 分；④临床查体及实验室检查无明显异常；⑤签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder and yang qi stagnation depression in ICD-10; (2) Age 13~18 years old conscious no aphasia intellectual disability education level junior high school (inclusive) or above able to understand the content of the scale and cooperate with treatment; (3) 7 points< HAMD-17 score<24 points; (4) There is no obvious abnormality in clinical examination and laboratory examination; (5) Those who have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①不能配合针灸治疗；②癫痫发作史或强阳性癫痫家族史、脑器质性疾病及严重躯体疾病史者；③患有严重神经系统疾病及心、脑、肾等躯体疾病者；④有药物毒品或乙醇等滥用史者；⑤合并有皮损或皮肤病、严重糖尿病、肿瘤及重要脏器功能不全或严重肝、肾、心血管、内分泌、呼吸系统和造血系统等内科疾病者；⑥妊娠、备孕或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unable to cooperate with acupuncture treatment; (2) History of seizures or strong positive family history of epilepsy, history of cerebral organic diseases and serious physical diseases; (3) Those who suffer from severe neurological diseases and physical diseases such as heart, brain, and kidney; (4) Those who have a history of abuse of drugs, drugs or ethanol; (5) Patients with skin lesions or skin diseases, severe diabetes, tumors and insufficiency of important organs, or serious internal diseases such as liver, kidney, cardiovascular, endocrine, respiratory and hematopoietic systems; (6) Pregnancy, trying to conceive or lactation.

按患者纳入顺序取编号1-111，应用SPSS25.0软件生成与1-111相对应的随机数字，将随机数字分别对应1、2、3，其中1为对照组，2为假针刺组，3为针刺组，患者按照入组顺序分配随机数字编号，并对应产生分组，每组37例。

An eCRF completion guide is written by a clinical data manager. The Clinical Data Manager (CDM) develops a Data Management Plan (DMP) based on the clinical trial protocol. The data management plan serves as a guiding document for the entire data management process, and all data management processes should be operated in accordance with the time, content and method defined therein.
