研究目的：

本研究通过正常人群与颈椎病人群比较为切入点，应用表面肌电检测观察通督强脊手法对颈椎周围肌肉抗疲劳能力、活动效率、协同性的影响；应用核磁共振检测多裂肌净横截面面积比的改变情况；应用脑功能核磁成像技术从脑功能网络中内脑区的活动和网络间的功能链接整合效应方面分析静息态与作业任务态脑功能运动控制水平，进一步从颈椎稳定性与脑功能运动控制水平等角度探讨通督强脊手法治疗颈椎病的作用机制，进而为该手法在临床的推广应用提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we compared the normal population with the cervical spondylosis population as the entry point. The surface electromyography was used to observe the effect of Tongdu Qiangji massage on the anti-fatigue ability, activity efficiency, and synergy of the muscles around the cervical spine. Nuclear magnetic resonance was used to detect the multilateral muscle Changes in the cross-sectional area ratio; the application of brain magnetic resonance imaging technology to analyze the level of brain function movement in the resting state and the task task state from the activity of the inner brain region in the brain functional network and the integration effect of functional links between the networks, further stabilizing the cervical spine To explore the mechanism of Tongdu Qiangji massage manipulation in treating cervical spondylopathy from the perspectives of sexuality and control of brain function and movement, so as to provide a basis for the clinical application of this technique.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 符合颈型颈椎病的诊断标准，男女不限； 2. 年龄18~65岁者； 3. 本人同意并已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis, male or female; 2. Aged 18 ~ 65 years; 3. Having voluntarily joined the subject and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 有严重视力、听力障碍、感觉性失语、精神症状等，影响功能评定的病例均不予入选； 2. 存在认知功能障碍或者交流障碍，无法配合完成干预、检测以及颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)、视觉模拟疼痛评分量表(VAS)等量表 填写； 3. 孕妇及哺乳期妇女； 4. 发病前有颈部外伤史者(如脊髓损伤、颈椎压缩性骨折等)； 5. 合并有重度骨质疏松者，以及颈椎肿瘤、结核患者； 6. 曾有过脑卒中、心肌梗塞患者；或目前合并严重的心、肝、 肾、内分泌系统和造血系统等疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cases with severe vision, hearing impairment, sensory aphasia, mental symptoms, etc. that affect functional assessment will not be selected; 2. Cognitive dysfunction or communication impairment, unable to cooperate with the completion of interventions, tests and completion of Neck Disabilitv Index（NDI） and Visual Analog Scale(VAS); 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Those with a history of neck trauma before onset (such as spinal cord injury, cervical vertebral compression fracture, etc.); 5. Patients with severe osteoporosis, as well as patients with cervical tumors and tuberculosis; 6. Patients with previous stroke, myocardial infarction; or patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic diseases.

盲法：

本课题因无法对研究对象设置盲法,仅对招募人员、结局指标评价人员、数据管理和统计分析人员设置盲法，盲底由项目管理者保存，项目管理者不参与干预。

Blinding：

Due to the inability to set blind methods for the subjects, this project only sets blind methods for recruiters, outcome indicator evaluators, data management and statistical analysts.
