研究目的：

探讨高原地区aMCI患者认知损害的特点与中医证型的相关性，以期为aMCI患者的中医药防治提供思路，并为aMCI的诊断、辨证分型及临床施治提供一定的依据，通过对中医证型与认知损害相关性进行分析，把中医的辨证分型与西医的量表分析有机结合，找到aMCI中医辨证分型的客观化依据，更好地对患者进行辨证施治。在目前尚缺乏广泛公认有效的治疗aMCI的检查和诊断的神经心理学量表背景下，发挥中医特色，客观评价极早期疾病的功能状态，并满足对aMCI患者认知功能下降程度进行统一描述的要求。并通过项目研究为抓手，培训日喀则地区医护人员对于量表检测和认知评估能力，提升该地区医生对aMCI的综合诊治能力。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between the characteristics of cognitive impairment and TCM syndrome types of patients with aMCI in plateau area, in order to provide ideas for TCM Prevention and treatment of patients with aMCI, and to provide certain basis for the diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment of aMCI. Through the analysis of the correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and cognitive impairment, the TCM syndrome differentiation and Western medicine scale analysis are organically combined to find the TCM syndrome differentiation and type of aMCI Objective basis of classification, better treatment of patients with syndrome differentiation. Under the background of lacking widely recognized and effective neuropsychological scale for the examination and diagnosis of the treatment of aMCI, we should give full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, objectively evaluate the functional state of very early diseases, and meet the requirements of unified description of the degree of cognitive decline in patients with aMCI. Through the project research, training the ability of scale detection and cognitive assessment of medical staff in Xigaze area, and improving the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment ability of doctors in this area.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄50~80 岁； 2. 主诉记忆减退，并经他人证实记忆困难； 3. 简易精神状态检查(MMSE)评分24~30 分； 4. 汉密尔顿抑郁评定量表得分≤12 分(17 项)； 5. 筛选前12 个月内CT 或MRI 扫描无感染、梗死或其他局灶性损伤的证据，也无涉及神经疾病的提示性临床症状；可以允许1 个非关键性脑区的腔隙性梗死且不被认为影响了受试者的认知损害； 6. 有足够的视觉和听觉分辨力接受神经心理学测试。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 50-80 years; 2. Complained of memory impairment and confirmed by others; 3. MMSE score 24-30 points; 4. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score <= 12 points (17 items); 5. CT or MRI scan within 12 months before screening without infection, infarction or other focal injury There was no suggestive clinical symptoms related to neurologic diseases; lacunar infarctions in one non critical brain area could be allowed without being considered to affect the cognitive impairment of the subjects; 6. There was enough visual and auditory resolution to accept neuropsychological tests.

排除标准：

1. 明显的脑血管疾病：HIS 大于4 分或临床脑梗死； 2. 过去2 年内出现过符合DSM-Ⅳ 标准的中度抑郁或另一种精神疾病； 3. 过去2 年内有酒精或药物滥用或成瘾史(DSM-Ⅳ标准)； 4. 精神分裂症病史(DSM-Ⅳ标准)； 5. 任何明显的神经疾病如帕金森病、亨廷顿病、正常颅压脑积水、脑肿瘤、进行性核上麻痹、癫痫、硬膜下水肿、多发性硬化、严重头外伤史伴有持续神经功能缺损或已知的结构性脑异常等； 6. 不能配合研究程序。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Obvious cerebrovascular disease: his > 4 points or clinical cerebral infarction; 2. Moderate depression or another mental disease in accordance with dsm-IV standard in the past 2 years; 3. History of alcohol or drug abuse or addiction in the past 2 years (dsm-IV standard); 4. History of schizophrenia (dsm-IV standard); 5. Any Obvious neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, normal intracranial pressure hydrocephalus, brain tumor, progressive supranuclear palsy, epilepsy, subdural edema, multiple sclerosis, history of severe head injury with continuous neurological deficit or known structural brain abnormalities, etc.; 6. Research procedures cannot be matched.
