Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of Lianhua Qingke tablets in the treatment of acute bronchitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-75岁； 2.诊断为急性支气管炎：以咳嗽和/或咳痰为主要症状，3天＜病程＜21天，且不伴有流涕、头痛、全身肌肉酸痛； 3.支气管炎严重程度评分（BSS）≥5分； 4.受试者自愿接受该药治疗，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18-75 years old; 2. Diagnosed as acute bronchitis: characterized by cough and/or sputum as the main symptoms with a duration of less than 3 days and a course of less than 21 days and without accompanied by runny nose headache or overall muscle soreness; 3. Bronchitis Severity Score (BSS) ≥ 5 points; 4. The subjects voluntarily accept the drug treatment and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在慢性咳嗽病史； 2.腋下温度＞37.3℃； 3.7天内胸部正侧位片（或CT）存在明显异常； 4.患有其他可能导致咳嗽疾病的患者，如：慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管扩张、哮喘、肺癌、肺结核、肺炎、肺脓肿、胃食管反流性疾病，鼻窦炎等其他呼吸系统疾病； 5.肝或肾功能损害（谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)≥3.0×ULN，血肌酐（Cr）＞2.0×ULN，总胆红素（TBIL）、尿素氮（BUN）/尿素（UREA）＞2.0×ULN）； 6.合并严重心、肝、肾、消化及造血系统等严重原发病，或精神类疾病的患者； 7.对试验药物过敏者； 8.妊娠、哺乳期及准备受孕妇女； 9.近30天内参加其他药物临床试验者； 10.研究者认为不适合参加试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of chronic cough; 2. Underarm temperature>37.3 ℃; There are significant abnormalities in chest radiographs (or CT scans) taken within 3.7 days; 4. Patients with other respiratory system diseases that may cause coughing such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease bronchiectasis asthma lung cancer tuberculosis pneumonia lung abscess gastroesophageal reflux disease sinusitis etc; 5. Liver or kidney dysfunction (alanine aminotransferase (ALT) aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) ≥ 3.0 × ULN blood creatinine (Cr)>2.0 × ULN total bilirubin (TBIL) urea nitrogen (BUN)/urea (UREA)>2.0 × ULN); 6. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart liver kidney digestive and hematopoietic systems or psychiatric disorders; 7. Individuals who are allergic to the experimental drug; 8. Pregnant lactating and women preparing to conceive; 9. Participants in clinical trials of other drugs within the past 30 days; 10. Other situations that the researcher deems unsuitable for participation in the experiment.

受试者按1:1的比例随机分配至试验组或安慰剂组。本试验委托的生物统计部门将采用SAS软件，按照试验组与安慰剂组1:1生成相应的随机表。使用中央随机系统(IWRS)分配随机号和管理试验药物。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The subjects were randomly assigned to either the experimental group or the placebo group in a 1:1 ratio. The biostatistics department commissioned for this experiment will use SAS software to generate corresponding random tables in a 1:1 ratio between the experimental group and the placebo group. Use the central randomization system (IWRS) to assign random numbers and manage trial drugs.
