研究目的：

探究祛湿代餐粉对超重人群体重、肠道菌群及机体代谢的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To detect the effect of meal replacement powder on gut microbiota of overweight subjects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-55 岁 2. BMI≥24kg/m2 3. 近半年体重稳定（波动＜2kg） 4. 从事室内工作，每周运动时间＜30min 5. 知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 55 years old; 2. BMI>= 24kg/m2; 3. Weight stable within 6 months (< 2 kg); 4. Weekly exercise time < 30 min; 5. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 有吸烟、酗酒史； 2. 服用可能影响体重或机体代谢的药物或营养品； 3. 既往有胃肠手术史者； 4. 女性患者妊娠状态或经期； 5. 对祛湿代餐粉成分有过敏者； 6. 有严重免疫系统或血液系统疾病史； 7. 同时入组其他类似研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With a history of smoking and drinking alcohol; 2. With drug use that may influence body weight; 3. With a history of gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Women with pregnancy status, or menstrual; 5. With allergies for powder composition; 6. Has a history of severe immune system or the blood system diseases; 7. Simultaneously into the group of other similar studies.
