通过对症状与体征观察评估膝骨关节炎病情，为相关研究分析提供数据。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to improve understanding of the assessment of symptom experience, psychological distress, quality of life and so on, in patients with knee osteoarthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 40岁以上的女性或男性； 2. 符合膝骨关节炎诊断。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women and men, 40 years and older; 2. Diagnosed with Knee Osteoarthritis by a physician or by ACR clinical criteria.

排除标准：

1. 存在损伤引起的肢体感觉、功能障碍； 2. 患有影响感觉或运动功能的神经系统疾病。（如中风、帕金森病、多发性硬化症等） 3. 确诊为类风湿性关节炎、银屑病性关节炎、痛风或任何其他炎症性关节炎疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Sensory dysfunction due to injury .(i.e. known nerve damage); 2. Neurological diagnosis affecting sensory or motor function (e.g. stroke, Parkinson's Disease, multiple sclerosisetc). 3. Diagnosed Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Gout or any other inflammatory arthritis disorder.
