研究目的：

研究高强度聚焦超声联合科室协定方参菊洗剂治疗外阴白斑的临床疗效。并通过免疫组化指标分析该方法治疗外阴白斑的作用机理，为我科多年来治疗外阴白斑满意的疗效提供科学的理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to study the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with Shenju lotion in the treatment of vulva leukoplakia. The mechanism of the treatment of vulvar leukoplakia was analyzed by immunohistochemical index, which provided scientific theoretical basis for the satisfactory effect of treatment of vulva leukoplakia in our department for many years.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

① 符合外阴上皮内非瘤样病变诊断标准，均经外阴活组织病理学检查证实； ② 参与本研究前未接受其他治疗； ③ 患者及家属自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. All the patients met the diagnostic criteria of vulvar intraepithelial non neoplastic lesions and were confirmed by vulvar biopsy. 2. Patients did not receive other treatment before participating in this study. 3. Patients and their families voluntarily signed informed consent.

排除标准：

① 月经期、妊娠期及哺乳期； ② 病历记录缺损或不详； ③ 外阴癌、外阴癌前病变、急性外阴或阴道感染； ④ 有全身性疾病或糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Menstrual period, pregnancy and lactation period; 2. The medical records are defective or unknown; 3. Vulvar cancer, vulvar precancerous lesions, acute vulvar or vaginal infection; 4. Systemic diseases or diabetes.
