研究目的：

本研究探求新型的中西医结合心脏康复模式，旨在观察以八段锦联合抗阻运动作为急诊PCI术后患者居家心脏康复运动处方的疗效，探讨八段锦联合抗阻运动对急诊PCI术后患者居家心脏康复的安全性、心肺功能和生活质量的影响，探索中西医结合心脏康复模式在居家心脏康复患者中的应用效果，并为八段锦在院外康复中的运用和推广提供理论基础，旨在为促进患者有效参与和完成心脏康复，从而探求适合我国国情的心脏康复模式，为我国心血管疾病患者的生命全周期管理提供参考与借鉴，为创建我国具有中医特色的专业化心脏康复模式提供科学试验依据及循证支持。

Objectives of Study：

This study explores a novel model of integrated Chinese and Western medicine for cardiac rehabilitation with the aim of observing the therapeutic effect of using Baduanjin combined with resistance exercise as the home-based cardiac rehabilitation exercise prescription for patients after emergency PCI. It investigates the impact of Baduanjin combined with resistance exercise on the safety cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of patients undergoing home-based cardiac rehabilitation after emergency PCI. The study also explores the application effect of the integrated cardiac rehabilitation model of Chinese and Western medicine in home-based cardiac rehabilitation patients and provides a theoretical foundation for the application and promotion of Baduanjin in out-of-hospital rehabilitation. The purpose is to facilitate the effective participation and completion of cardiac rehabilitation by patients thereby exploring a cardiac rehabilitation model that suits China's national conditions providing references

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

①符合世界卫生组织/国际心脏病学会制定的冠心病诊断标准；②符合急诊 PCI术标准并且成功的患者；③符合世界卫生组织定义年龄≤75 岁；④病情稳定且愿意参加研究的患者；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease established by the World Health Organization/International Society of Cardiology; ② Patients who met the criteria for emergency PCI and were successful; Age ≤75 years as defined by the World Health Organization; ④ Patients who are stable and willing to participate in the study;

排除标准：

①心功能IV 级，冠心病患者危险分层中的高危患者（如严重的心律失常、心脏停搏史或猝死等）；②合并有严重的脑、肝、肾等脏器或其他严重躯体疾病；③有严重认知或意识障碍、精神性疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

① Cardiac function grade IV high-risk patients in the risk stratification of coronary heart disease (such as severe arrhythmia history of cardiac arrest or sudden death etc.); (2) complicated with serious brain liver kidney and other organs or other serious physical diseases; ③ severe cognitive or consciousness disorders or mental diseases;
