研究目的：

观察并验证中医膏摩疗法治疗卒中后抑郁(PSD)的疗效，通过TMS评估结果分析PSD患者脑重塑变化，为进一步研究膏摩治疗PSD的起效机制奠定基础。

Objectives of Study：

To observe and verify the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine ointment rubbing therapy in the treatment of post stroke depression (PSD), and analyze the changes of brain remodeling in PSD patients through TMS evaluation results, so as to lay a foundation for further research on the effective mechanism of ointment rubbing therapy on post stroke depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1 诊断符合西医诊断标准及中医中风病及郁证诊断标准； 2 年龄≥40周岁且≤80周岁，性别不限； 3 理解、同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书(因肢体障碍等原因本人不能签定知情同意书者，由患者法定监护人代签)； 4 汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）前17项≥18分；

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnosis conforms to the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for apoplexy and depression; 2. Aged 40 to 80 years old; 3. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form (if the patient cannot sign the informed consent form due to physical impairment or other reasons, the patient's legal guardian shall sign on behalf of the patient); 4. The first 17 items of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) >=18 points;

排除标准：

1. 抑郁药物、膏摩治疗禁忌者，如药物严重不良反应、摩膏引起皮肤过敏等； 2. 严重自杀倾向者； 3. 卒中急性期（两周内）或进展期，生命体征不稳定者； 4. 意识障碍、失语、心脏病、肝肾功能不全、器质性精神障碍、痴呆、认知障碍等，或生命体征稳定者。 5. 限制及无民事行为能力者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications in the treatment of depression drugs and ointment rubbing, such as severe adverse drug reactions, skin allergy caused by ointments, etc.; 2. Those who are seriously suicidal; 3. Patients with acute (within two weeks) or progressive stroke and unstable vital signs; 4. Impaired consciousness, aphasia, heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, organic mental disorder, dementia, cognitive impairment, or stable vital signs. 5. Restricted or without capacity for civil conduct;
