研究目的：

证实芍药甘草汤能够有效促进胆总管结石合并肝功能异常的患者于ERCP取石术后肝功能的恢复，进而影响胆汁成分的改变，推动中医药在现代内镜技术中的运用实践。为后续进一步探索芍药甘草汤的利胆机制打下扎实基础。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to verify Shaoyao Gancao Decoction can effectively promote the recovery of liver function and change bile component after ERCP in patients with common bile duct stones complicated with abnormal liver function. This will lay a solid foundation for further exploration of the cholagogic action mechanism of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用白芍30g、甘草15g，水煎后滤渣取汁200ml，分两次口服。每天口服芍药甘草汤2次，每次服用100ml，从术后第1天开始口服，出院后继续服用，连续服用4周。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

30g of white peony root and 15g of licorice root were used to extract 200ml of juice from the filter residue after water frying, and then orally divided into two times. Take peony and licorice decoction orally twice a day, 100ml each time. It was taken orally from the first day after surgery and continued to be taken for 4 weeks.

纳入标准：

1.选取18岁以上成年患者，性别不限； 2.术前明确诊断为胆总管结石合并肝功能异常，ERCP手术指征明确； 3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Adult patients over the age of 18 were selected, regardless of gender; 2.Preoperative diagnosis was confirmed as choledocholithiasis with abnormal liver function, and the indications of ERCP were clear; 3.Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并其他可导致肝功能异常的疾病； 2.ERCP术后出现消化道出血或穿孔、胰腺炎等并发症者； 3.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 4.吞咽进食困难、严重心肺肾功能不全，不能耐受手术； 5.对研究所用药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Combined with other diseases that can lead to abnormal liver function; 2.Gastrointestinal bleeding, perforation, pancreatitis and other complications occurred after ERCP; 3.woman who is pregnant or nursing; 4.Difficulty swallowing and eating, severe cardiopulmonary and renal insufficiency, unable to tolerate surgery; 5.Allergic to institute drugs.

In this study, a completely random method was adopted, in which random sequences were generated by the researchers using the random number table and the grouping was hidden.

盲法：

双盲。中药治疗组予以的中草药方剂为芍药甘草汤，而对照组予以饮用水，汤剂为医院中药房代煎，送至病房后研究者和患者均无法辨认汤剂的类别。

Double blind.
