研究目的：

采用随机、对照、多中心临床研究方法，对香砂和胃饮治疗儿童功能性消化不良（肝胃不和证）进行临床疗效评价。

Objectives of Study：

Randomized controlled and multi-center clinical research methods were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of XiangShaHeWeiYin in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (liver and stomach disharmony syndrome) in children.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

研究满足下列全部条件者方可入选： （1）符合婴幼儿/儿童功能性消化不良（FD）的西医诊断标准及功能性消化不良“肝胃不和证”中医证候诊断标准； （2）年龄1～3/4～14岁（≤14岁），无性别限制； （3）必须征得受试者的法定监护人的知情同意并自愿签署知情同意书；当受试者能做参加临床试验决定时，还必须征得受试者本人的同意。 （4）2周筛选期未使用治疗消化不良的相关药物，已建立良好的饮食习惯，功能性消化不良（FD）症状仍存在。 不符合上述条件之一者，不得作为受试者入选。

Inclusion criteria

Only those who meet all of the following conditions can be selected for the research: (1) It meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for functional dyspepsia (FD) in infants and children and the TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria for "liver-stomach disharmony syndrome" of functional dyspepsia. (2) Age: 1 to 3/4 to 14 years old (≤14 years old) with no gender restrictions; (3) The informed consent of the legal guardian of the subject must be obtained and the informed consent form must be voluntarily signed. When the subjects can make the decision to participate in the clinical trial the consent of the subjects themselves must also be obtained. (4) During the 2-week screening period no relevant drugs for treating dyspepsia were used good dietary habits were established but the symptoms of functional dyspepsia (FD) still existed. Those who do not meet any of the above conditions shall not be selected as subjects.

排除标准：

研究满足下列标准中的任何一点者即需排除： （1）器质性疾病引起的消化不良，如急慢性胃肠炎、消化性溃疡、胃肠手术史、急慢性肝炎、神经性厌食症、某些药物引起的厌食症； （2）同时治疗可引起便秘或胃肠道运动增强情况； （3）中、重度营养不良； （4）存在心血管、神经、呼吸、肝胆、泌尿系统等严重原发疾病； （5）精神障碍、智力障碍和/或沟通障碍； （6）对香砂和胃饮和枸橼酸莫沙必利口服溶液成分过敏； （7）在过去12周内参加过临床试验； （8）研究者认为不宜参加本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

Studies that meet any of the following criteria need to be excluded: (1) Indigestion caused by organic diseases such as acute and chronic gastroenteritis peptic ulcers history of gastrointestinal surgery acute and chronic hepatitis anorexia nervosa and anorexia caused by certain drugs; (2) Concurrent treatment may cause constipation or enhanced gastrointestinal motility. (3) Moderate to severe malnutrition; (4) There are serious primary diseases in the cardiovascular nervous respiratory liver and gallbladder urinary systems etc. (5) Mental disorders intellectual disabilities and/or communication disorders; (6) Allergic to the components of XiangShaHeWeiYin and Mosapride citrate oral solution; (7) Participated in clinical trials within the past 12 weeks; (8) Those whom the researcher deems unsuitable to participate in this clinical trial.

采用区组随机的方法，以中心为分层因素，层内按1:1的比例分为试验组、对照组。运用SAS统计软件，按10个中心的病例分配数及随机比例，生成随机数字分组表。

The block randomization method was adopted with the center as the stratification factor. Within each layer they were divided into the experimental group and the control group at a ratio of 1:1. Using the SAS statistical software a random number grouping table was generated based on the case allocation numbers and random ratios of 10 centers.
