研究目的：

比较两种定量针刺深度治疗脑卒中恢复期下肢功能障碍的临床效果。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical effects of two kinds of quantitative acupuncture in the treatment of lower extremity dysfunction in the convalescent period of stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

符合诊断标准，生命体征稳定；病程：15天～6个月；Brunnstrom分期：Ⅰ～Ⅱ期；年龄：18～７5岁；单侧肢体偏瘫；具备认知理解能力；签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the diagnostic criteria, stable vital signs; disease course: 15 days to 6 months; Brunnstrom stage: I-II; age: 18-75 years old; unilateral hemiplegia; cognitive ability; signed informed consent.

排除标准：

有晕针史；无法电针者（有金属物，心脏起搏器）；情绪障碍、无法配合治疗；有脑血管病史；严重心肺功能障碍；下肢皮肤损伤、感染；下肢有血栓者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a history of fainting from acupuncture; those who are unable to perform electroacupuncture (with metal objects, pacemakers); emotional disorders, unable to cooperate with treatment; history of cerebrovascular disease; severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; lower extremity skin damage and infection; lower extremity thrombosis.

采用简单随机化对研究对象分组，由一名不参与研究的治疗师依次编好1～28序号，用excel产生1～28之间不重复的随机数字，按随机数字出现的顺序与已经编号的1～28序号对应排列，随机数字1～14为25㎜针刺组，15～28为40㎜针刺组。
