研究目的：

通过结构-功能脑网络耦合、临床行为学测试的多维度评估，揭示太极拳运动改善慢性疲劳综合征/肌痛性脑脊髓炎（ME/CFS）症状的中枢结构、功能基础。

Objectives of Study：

Through a multidimensional assessment of structure-function brain network coupling and clinical behavioral tests this study aims to reveal the central structural and functional mechanisms by which Tai Chi exercise improves symptoms of myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

(1)符合ME/CFS诊断标准，且FS-14量表≥7分；(2)年龄18-35岁，男女不限，右利手；(3)既往无太极拳练习史；(4)可以正常回答和填写问卷，具有较好的依从性；(5)近一月来未服用精神类药物；(6)体内无金属，无核磁检查禁忌症；(7)签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for ME/CFS and have an FS-14 score ≥ 7; (2) Aged 18-35 regardless of gender right-handed; (3) No prior experience in practicing Tai Chi; (4) Able to answer and complete questionnaires normally with good compliance; (5) No use of psychiatric medications within the past month; (6) No metal implants in the body and no contraindications for MRI; (7) Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)有明确诊断的器质性疾病引起继发性疲劳者或其他因素引起的继发性疲劳者；(2)以往被诊断为情绪失调及各类精神障碍，如妄想症、神经性厌食等；(3)患严重心、肾、肺、肝、脑等重大疾病，严重肝肾功能异常者；(4)严重肥胖，体重指数=[体重(kg)/身高2(m)]＞45；(5)孕妇、哺乳期及经期妇女；(6)不能理解配合检查或有幽闭恐怖症等其他MRI检查禁忌者；(7)在MRI扫描中发现严重的头颅解剖结构不对称或有明确病变的；(8)一个月内参加过类似神经影像学试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with clearly diagnosed organic diseases causing secondary fatigue or secondary fatigue caused by other factors; (2) Those previously diagnosed with mood disorders and various mental disorders such as delusional disorder anorexia nervosa etc.; (3) Those suffering from serious heart kidney lung liver brain and other major diseases with serious liver and kidney function abnormalities; (4) Those who are severely obese with a body mass index = [body weight (kg)/height2 (m)] > 45; (5) pregnant lactating and menstruating women; (6) those who cannot understand and cooperate with the examination or have other contraindications to MRI examination such as claustrophobia; (7) those who have found severe asymmetry of the cranial anatomy or definite lesions in the MRI scan; (8) Those who have taken part in a similar neuroimaging test within one month.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

由一位不参与研究过程的人员，使用R 4.2.2 软件的runif函数生成20个随机数字，使用sample函数生成20个1-20的不放回式随机抽样序列样本数字；将两列数字配成对子，按照runif函数的随机数字大小对样本数字进行重排序；重排序后的样本数字中，前10个为太极拳组，后10个为等待治疗组，标记为A、B；准备20个不透光的信封，在信封正面的右上角标注上一步的样本数字，随后将包含A、B分组信息的小纸条放入信封内部，胶水封口；将20个不透光信封按照正面右上角的样本数字，从小到大重排序。入组病人按照其入组时间，根据信封内分组信息纸条进入A或B组。以上所有步骤过程产生的文件均以纸质版备份，并由该不参与研究的人员保存，以供回溯。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A person not involved in the research process will use the runif function in R 4.2.2 software to generate 20 random numbers and the sample function to generate a sequence of 20 non-repetitive random sample numbers ranging from 1 to 20. The two sets of numbers will be paired and the sample numbers will be reordered based on the magnitude of the random numbers generated by the runif function. Among the reordered sample numbers the first 10 will be assigned to the Tai Chi group and the last 10 will be assigned to the awaiting treatment group labeled as A and B respectively. Twenty opaque envelopes will be prepared with the sample numbers from the previous step marked in the upper right corner of the front side. Small slips of paper containing the group information (A or B) will then be placed inside the envelopes which will be sealed with glue. The 20 opaque envelopes will be reordered from smallest to largest based on the sample numbers marked in the upper right corner. Enrolled patients will be assigned to either group A or B according to the group information slip inside the envelope based on their enrollment time. All documents generated during the above steps will be backed up in paper form and stored by the person not involved in the research for future reference.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）病例记录表：由研究者采集信息并详细记录、填写纸质版病例记录表，包括基本情况及各项观察表。 （2）电子采集和管理系统：通过Resman采集和管理电子版信息，包括患者自我报告的各项观察表。
