评价“通关利窍”针刺法治疗中风病急性期吞咽障碍的有效性与安全性,获取高质量研究证据；形成可推广的中风病急性期吞咽障碍针刺治疗方案

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of "Tong Guan Li Qiao" acupuncture therapy of dysphagia in the acute stage of stroke, access to high quality research evidence and develop a wildly promoted acupuncture therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合急性缺血性脑卒中及吞咽障碍诊断标准； 2.3天（72h）≤病程≤7天； 3.FOIS评分2~4级； 4.存在咽期症状：吞咽发射延迟、一口量减少或呛咳； 5.40岁≤年龄≤80岁； 6.病人或法定代理人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient meets the diagnostic criteria of acute stroke in Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018 and the diagnostic criteria of dysphagia in Scotch College's Guide for dysphagia. 2. 3 days (72 hours) <= Course of disease <= 7 days; 3. FOIS score ranged 2 to 4; 4. The patients present with pharyngeal symptoms, including delayed swallowing, or decreased oral volume, or chocking and coughing; 5. Aged 40 to 80 years; 6. Informed consent signed voluntarily by the patient or legal representative.

排除标准：

1.本次发病前存在吞咽障碍者； 2.预期生存时间小于3个月者； 3.存在延髓损伤的患者； 4.存在意识障碍； 5.因精神疾患、认知障碍（Mini-Cog＜3分）无法完成研究者； 6.严重晕针不能耐受者； 7.妊娠、计划妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 8.此次发病接受过溶栓治疗患者； 9.近1个月参加其他药物临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient with dysphagia before the onset of the disease; 2. The patients were expected to survive for less than 3 months; 3. The patient with medulla oblongata infarction; 4. The patient with consciousness disorder; 5. The patient unable to complete the study due to mental disorders and cognitive impairment (mini-cog < 3 points); 6. The patient unable to tolerate acupuncture; 7. A woman who is pregnant, planning to be pregnant, or breastfeeding; 8. The patient had received thrombolytic therapy after the onset of the disease; 9. Participants in other clinical trials in the past 1 month.

In this study, Unequaled size block Randomization would be used. Before the first patient was included, a computer program generated a Random Number Sequence, with the sub-center as the stratification factor and the segment length between 4 and 6.

盲法：

由于本试验临床操作的特殊性，受试者及针灸医师无法致盲。研究者、结局评价者（兼数据收集者）、数据管理者、统计分析者对每个患者的治疗分配不知情。

Blinding：

Due to the particularity of the clinical operation of this study, it is impossible to blind the subjects and acupuncturists.Researchers, outcome evaluators (and data collectors), data managers, and statistical analysts were unaware of the treatment allocation for each patient.
