研究目的：

本项目将围绕本科室目前已经建立的脑卒中后中西结合肺康复的方法，融入岳阳中医结合医院的功法特色技术并获得临床数据，联合论证该方法临床的有效性。同时观察这种发挥区域医疗单位优势，以医院与家庭联动、主动训练与被动训练相结合的康复管理新模式对脑卒中患者近期及远期疗效的影响，并获得科学依据。形成一套有利于推广的家庭-医院新型适宜应用技术。通过肺功能的恢复评估其对其他功能障碍整体恢复的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The project will focus on the method of lung rehabilitation combined with Chinese and Western medicine after stroke, which has been established in the undergraduate department, and integrate the functional characteristics of Yueyang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and obtain clinical data to jointly demonstrate the clinical effectiveness of this method. At the same time, to observe the effect of the new rehabilitation management mode, which takes advantage of regional medical units, hospital family linkage, active training and passive training, on the short-term and long-term efficacy of stroke patients, and obtain scientific basis. To form a set of family hospital new suitable application technology. The recovery of lung function was used to evaluate the effect on the overall recovery of other dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.30-75岁，意识清醒，可配合治疗,有良好的依从性； 2.诊断符合2010年中华医学会制定的脑血管病诊断标准； 3.生命体征平稳，能够耐受心肺运动测试者； 4.认知功能评分（mini mental state examination, MMSE）≥18分； 5.无脑外伤、脑炎、结核性脑膜炎等脑实质及中枢神经受累史； 6.伴有以下一项：1.FVC＜80%预计值；2.FEV1/FVC＜70%；3.MVV＜80%预计值；4.SaO2≤95%。

Inclusion criteria

1. The subjects aged 30-75 are conscious, can cooperate with treatment, and have good compliance; 2. Patients who were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular disease formulated by Chinese Medical Association in 2010; 3. Subjects with stable vital signs can tolerate cardiopulmonary exercise test; 4. Subjects with MMSE >= 18; 5. There was no history of brain injury, encephalitis, tuberculous meningitis, etc; 6. Subjects with one of the following items: (1) FVC < 80% predicted value; (2) FEV1/FVC < 70% (3) MVV < 80% predicted value; (4) SaO2 <= 95%.

排除标准：

1.近期参与其他呼吸康复相关研究； 2.伴有胸膜疾病或胸廓畸形，肺部原发疾病、伴有肌肉、神经接头疾病患者； 3.严重认知功能障碍，不能配合完成康复训练者； 4.血流动力学紊乱； 5.下肢静脉血栓、肺动脉栓塞； 6.心衰、呼吸衰竭；合并肿瘤、外伤等疾病； 7.精神异常； 8.不同意参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subjects who have recently participated in other respiratory rehabilitation related researches; 2. Patients with pleural disease or thoracic deformity, primary lung disease, muscle and nerve junction disease; 3. The subjects with severe cognitive impairment can not cooperate with those who have completed rehabilitation training; 4. Patients with hemodynamic disorder; 5. Patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism; 6. Patients with heart failure, respiratory failure, tumor, trauma and other diseases; 7. Patients with mental disorders; 8. Those who do not agree to participate in this study.
