研究目的：

观察高龄不孕女性口服RECO-18 与复合维生素对照组相比，对体外受精- 胚胎移植（In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer，IVF-ET）助孕结局的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of oral RECO-18 on In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) assisted pregnancy outcomes in elderly infertile women compared with multivitamin control group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）女方年龄：35 岁~42 岁；（2）第1 或2 周期IVF/ICSI 助孕；（3）双侧卵巢都存在。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female age: 35 ~42 years old; (2) The first or second cycle of IVF/ICSI pregnancy; (3) Both ovaries are present.

排除标准：

（1）反复种植失败（40 岁以下，3 个新鲜或冷冻周期内移植至少3 枚优质 胚胎后仍未能实现临床妊娠，其中优质胚胎包括：第3 天胚胎（细胞数≥8 个、 卵裂球大小均匀、碎片率<10%）和囊胚（≥3BB）；（2）PGT 助孕患者；（3）未 处理输卵管积水；（4）未治愈的子宫内膜疾病；（5）入组前1 个月内参加过其他 药物的临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Repeated planting failure (under 40 years old at least 3 high-quality pieces transplanted within 3 fresh or frozen cycles Clinical pregnancy has not been achieved after the embryo among which good quality embryos include: day 3 embryos (≥8 cells Blastomere size was uniform fragmentation rate <10% and blastocyst (≥3BB). (2) PGT assisted pregnancy patients; (3) No Treatment of hydrosalpinx; (4) uncured endometrial disease; (5) Participated in other activities within 1 month before joining the group Clinical trials of drugs.
