研究目的：

利用远程线上平台及溯源平台进行临床试验研究，研究扎曲虫草菌原液对失眠的改善效果。

Objectives of Study：

The remote online platform and traceability platform were used for clinical trials to study the improvement effect of Zhaqu cordyceps liquid on insomnia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

食品：虫草子实体饮品（150ml/h） 采用临床试验的研究方法，按瓶：1的比例将纳入受试者分为两组，其中试验组45例，安慰剂对照组45例，分别为扎曲虫草口服液组（试验组）、安慰剂组（安慰剂对照组）。共观察90例受试者，通过随机数字表法用完全随机、双盲方法进行分组。连续口服6天后休息1天， 7天为1个疗程，连续干预4个疗程后，2周和4周口服后各填表一次，依据PSQI量表得分评估干预疗效。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1） 年龄在20到75周岁之间者，男女不限； （2） 符合上述失眠中西医诊断标准者； （3） 近期未使用镇静剂类药物治疗； （4） 匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分＞7分者，但焦虑自评量表＜50分； （5） 自愿参加本次试验研究，并签署知情同意书，不轻易退出；

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) Between 20 and 75 years old, men and women are not limited. ( 2 ) Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria of insomnia. ( 3 ) No sedatives were used recently. ( 4 ) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index ( PSQI ) score > 7 points, but self-rating anxiety scale < 50 points. ( 5 ) Voluntary participation in this study, and signed informed consent, not easy to exit.

排除标准：

（1） 不符合失眠中西医诊断标准者； （2） 对镇静催眠类药物产生依赖者； （3） 排除由腹痛、癌痛、呃逆等躯体疾病或脑部器质性病变引起的失眠症； （4） 无严重心、肝、肾功能不全或合并其他系统严重疾病； （5） 处于妊娠期或哺乳期的妇女； （6） 有精神神经疾病等不能正常表达受试者； （7） 匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分＜7分者，或且焦虑自评量表＞50分； （8） 受试者不愿意参加试验或不配合试验。

Exclusion criteria：

( 1 ) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of insomnia. ( 2 ) Dependent on sedative and hypnotic drugs. ( 3 ) To exclude insomnia caused by abdominal pain, cancer pain, hiccup and other physical diseases or brain organic lesions. ( 4 ) No serious heart, liver, renal insufficiency or other serious systemic diseases. ( 5 ) Women in pregnancy or lactation. ( 6 ) Subjects with abnormal expression of mental and neurological diseases. ( 7 ) The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index ( PSQI ) score was 50. ( 8 ) Participants were unwilling to participate in the test or not cooperate with the test.
