研究目的：

观察颊针疗法用于股骨粗隆间骨折闭合复位内固定术的围术期疼痛的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of buccal needle therapy on perioperative pain in closed reduction and internal fixation of intertrochanteric fracture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

骨科患者中行股骨粗隆间骨折闭合复位内固定术的择期手术患者，性别不限，采用腰硬联合麻醉者，年龄18-85岁，ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级，理解并自愿参加本次研究者。

Inclusion criteria

Orthopaedic patients with bank of China closed reduction and internal fixation of intertrochanteric fractures of elective surgery patients, gender not limited, the waist hard joint anesthesia, aged 18 to 85 years old, ASA I ~ III level, to understand and volunteered for the researchers.

排除标准：

1、有AD、中风和精神病在内的神经和精神疾病史，且拒不配合者； 2、对研究中的任何药物过敏者； 3、凝血功能异常者； 4、椎管内麻醉禁忌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of neurological and psychiatric diseases, including AD, stroke and psychosis, who refused to cooperate; 2. Patients with allergies to any drugs in the study; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 4. Contraindication of spinal anesthesia.
