研究目的：

睑缘增厚是睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)的一个常见特征，与蒸发过强型干眼密切相关，但难以测量。本研究的目的是确定眼前节光学相干断层扫描(AS-OCT)是否可以用来测量下睑缘的厚度。

Objectives of Study：

Thickning of the lid margin is a common feature of meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) which is associated with evaporative dry eye, but it is difficult to measure. The purpose of this study is to determine if anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) is feasible to measure the thickness of lower lid margin.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-79周岁； 2、OSDI评分≤12分； 3、有能力理解并签署知情同意书，愿意并能够配合研究要求。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-79 years; 2. OSDI score less than 12 points; 3. To be willing and able to cooperate with study requirements; Agreed to use a reliable form of contraception if of childbearing potential

排除标准：

OSDI评分高于12分；眼睑结构异常；眼睑边缘不规则；眼睑内翻和倒睫；眼睑边缘肿瘤；下眼睑无睫毛或中心睫毛脱落；结膜松弛；眼球震颤；麻痹性斜视；眼部感染和/或炎症；孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

OSDI score was higher than 12 points; lid structural abnormalities; irregular lid margins; eyelid entropion and trichiasis; lid margin tumors; no eyelashes or central eyelashes loss in lower lid; conjunctivo chalasis; nystagmus; paralytic strabismus; ocular infection and/or inflammation; was pregnant or lactating women.
