研究目的：

评估疼痛患者接受镇痛为主的针刺前后的情绪项和动机。

Objectives of Study：

To assess the affacts and motivation pre and post acupuncture in patients with pain disorders.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1) 年龄18岁以上，性别不限； 2) 主诉为疼痛相关病症； 3) 自愿接受针刺治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1) Adults over the age of 18, 2) Suffering from pain, 3) willing to receive acupucture therapy.

排除标准：

1) 已明确怀孕或疑似怀孕者； 2) 对针刺过敏者； 3) 合并严重的系统性疾病； 4) 过去30 天内使用过任何试验药物或神经精神类药物者； 5) 无法完成各种量表填写。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnancy; 2) allergic to acupuncture; 3) with any serious systemic diseases; 4) participated in any clinical trials or received any psychotropic medications; 5) unable to finish scales.
