研究针刺上肢穴位对人体大脑运动皮层的竞争性抑制作用。

Objectives of Study：

Study on Competitive Inhibition induced by Acupuncture at Upper Limb Acupoints on Human Motor Cortex.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-50岁，右利手，性别不限； 2. 既往身体健康，近1个月无身体不适（如头痛、高热）； 3. 自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-50 years, right-handedness, gender not limited; 2. Having been in good health,without physical discomfort for nearly a month (such as headache and high fever); 3. People who volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 有颅后窝疾病、痉挛症、三叉神经痛、面神经麻痹后痉挛、眼睑痉挛等疾病； 2. 有认知障碍、言语障碍及痴呆者； 3. 有严重高血压、糖尿病、脑外伤、恶性肿瘤、精神病、癫痫等病史；有严重的心、肝、肾等脏器的疾患； 4. 对TMS、针刺畏惧者； 5. 带有心脏起搏器、神经刺激器、人工金属心脏瓣膜、动脉瘤夹等的患者； 6. 有眼内金属异物、内耳植入、金属假体、体内铁磁性异物者; 7. 幽闭恐惧症者； 8. 妊娠妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People who have diseases of posterior fossa,spasm,trigeminal neuralgia,spasm after facial nerve paralysis,blepharospasm, etc; 2. Having cognitive impairment,speech impairment and dementia; 3. Having a history of severe hypertension,diabetes,traumatic brain injury,malignant tumor,mental illness, epilepsy, etc., having serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and other organs; 4. Fear of TMS and acupuncture; 5. Patients with cardiac pacemakers, nerve stimulators, artificial metal heart valves,aneurysm clips, etc.; 6. Intraocular metal foreign bodies, inner ear implants, metal prostheses, and ferromagnetic foreign bodies in the body; 7. Claustrophobia; 8. Pregnant women.

分组采取简单随机化方法，应用 PEMS3.1 for Windows“完全随机（两组及多组）设计”程序产生随机数字（研究对象总数＝15，处理组数＝2），得出顺序号，制作随机卡片，加信封密封。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Grouping takes a simple randomization approach, applying the PEMS3.1 for Windows "completely random (two and multiple groups) design" program to produce random numbers (total number of subjects = 15, number of processing groups = 2), obtain sequential numbers, make random cards, and seal envelopes.
