研究目的：

验证经典方剂甘露饮加减联合氟康唑治疗义齿性口炎患者的临床效果，以及通过实验室白色念珠菌菌株的变化，初步证实甘露饮治疗义齿性口炎的有效性，评价中西医结合疗法优势，以及其疗程、复发率的变化。

Objectives of Study：

To verify the clinical effect of the classic prescription ganluyin combined with fluconazole in the treatment of denture stomatitis, and preliminarily confirm the effectiveness of ganluyin in the treatment of denture stomatitis through the changes of Candida albicans strains in the laboratory, and to evaluate the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, as well as the changes of its course of treatment and recurrence rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.符合义齿性口炎，中医分型为阴虚湿热证； 2.全身情况尚可，精神状态好，生活能够自理，既往不曾诊断患有粘膜疾病； 3.下颌佩戴上局部义齿或总义齿6个月及以上的患者，年龄在50-85岁中老年人； 4.患者戴用义齿有黏膜红肿、口臭、口干、疼痛、口腔出血、口角炎、舌炎、味觉减低等症状； 5.实验室培养念珠菌阳性。

Inclusion criteria

1. According to denture stomatitis, the TCM classification is Yin deficiency damp heat syndrome; 2. The general condition is acceptable, the mental state is good, the life can be taken care of by oneself, and the patient has not been diagnosed with mucosal disease in the past; 3. Patients with upper partial denture or total denture for 6 months or more, aged 50-85 years old; 4. Patients with dentures had symptoms such as mucous membrane redness, bad breath, dry mouth, pain, oral bleeding, angular stomatitis, glossitis, and decreased taste; 5. Candida positive in laboratory culture.

排除标准：

1.患者伴有HIV、系统性真菌病、肝肾功能异常等全身系统性疾病； 2.修复前 1个月使用抗生素、抗真菌药、免疫抑制剂或服用/口腔局部应用皮质类固醇激素; 3.口腔颌面部及临近器官肿块和炎症，涎腺及导管疾病; 4.口干综合征及非念珠菌感染的黏膜病; 5.近1个月戴用造成明显创伤或影响口腔卫生的不良修复体; 6.不接受中医药治疗者及过敏体质者; 7.对氟康唑及其无活性成份、或其他唑类药物过敏的患者； 8.服用特非那定、西沙比利、阿斯咪唑、匹莫齐特、奎尼丁、红霉素药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systemic diseases such as HIV, systemic mycosis, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Antibiotics, antifungal drugs, immunosuppressants or oral corticosteroids were used 1 month before repair; 3. Oral, maxillofacial and adjacent organ mass and inflammation, salivary gland and duct diseases; 4. Dry mouth syndrome and non Candida mucosal diseases; 5. Wearing bad prostheses that cause obvious trauma or affect oral hygiene in recent 1 month; 6. Those who do not accept traditional Chinese medicine treatment and allergic constitution; 7. Patients who are allergic to fluconazole and its inactive ingredients or other azole drugs; 8. Patients taking terfenadine, cisapride, asmizole, pimozide, quinidine and erythromycin.
