研究目的：

1、客观评价旴江谢氏针刀刺营微创疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的有效性和安全性获得临床疗效证据。 2、为建立慢喉痹的中医药治疗措施的循证数据库提供高质量证据，进而为构建区域中医药循证中心及江西省优势疾病舆情调查中心打下基础。 3、中医药实用型RCT研究方案设计的研究。 4、发表学术论文3篇。

Objectives of Study：

1. Objective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety of a minimally invasive Xujiang Xie's needle-knife stabbing therapy in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis to obtain clinical evidence of curative effect. 2. To provide high-quality evidence for the establishment of an evidence-based database of TCM treatment measures for chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis, and then lay a foundation for the establishment of a regional evidence-based TCM center and a superior disease public opinion survey center in Jiangxi Province. 3. Research on the design of practical RCT research scheme of traditional Chinese medicine. 4. Published 3 academic papers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性肥厚性咽炎的西医诊断标准； 2.符合痰凝血瘀证中医辨证标准； 3.年龄在18～65周岁； 4.发病在6个月以上； 5.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis; 2. It meets the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation of TangYuXueNing; 3. Aged 18-65 years old; 4. Onset of disease for more than 6 months; 5. Voluntarily sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.中医证候要素复杂，不能明确辨识证型者； 2.年龄在18岁以下或65岁以上者，或为妊娠期、哺乳期妇女，过敏体质者； 3.慢性咽炎同时伴有扁桃体明显肿大、下呼吸道慢性炎症、喉部慢性疾病者（如慢性喉炎，喉源性咳嗽者）； 4.因麻疹、猩红热、流感及粒细胞缺乏症、传染性单核细胞增多症、白血病等引起的咽部症状或炎症； 5.经检验证实咽部症状由鼻咽、喉咽、喉、食管、气管、颈部及全身其他隐匿性疾病所致者； 6.肝功能严重损害，肾功能异常；合并有心、脑血管、造血系统严重原发性疾病、恶性肿瘤的患者；合并有神经、精神疾患而无法合作，或不愿合作者；HIV、梅毒、肺结核等传染病的患者； 7.近期用过其他治疗本病的中西药物，1个月内参加过其它药物临床试验的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. TCM syndrome elements are complex and the type of syndrome cannot be clearly identified; 2. Under 18 years old or over 65 years old, or pregnant, breastfeeding women, allergic; 3. Patients with chronic pharyngitis accompanied by significant enlargement of the tonsils, chronic inflammation of the lower respiratory tract, and chronic diseases of the larynx (such as chronic laryngitis, laryngeal cough); 4. Pharyngeal symptoms or inflammation caused by measles, scarlet fever, influenza, agranulocytosis, infectious mononucleosis, leukemia, etc.; (5) Patients whose pharyngeal symptoms are confirmed by examination to be caused by other hidden diseases of nasopharynx, larynx, larynx, esophagus, trachea, neck and whole body; 6. Severe liver damage and abnormal kidney function; Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, cerebrovascular and hematopoietic systems and malignant tumors; Unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate due to a combination of neurological or mental disorders; HIV, syphilis, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; 7. Patients who have recently used other Chinese and Western drugs to treat the disease and participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 1 month

首先用 1%丁卡因注射液对咽后壁黏膜进行表面麻醉，再利用微波治疗仪治疗患处，使局部出现白色伪膜为止。术后用锡类散喷口咽部，每天3次，总治疗周期28天

医者持5寸毫针轻轻得快速地刺咽部患处（即咽侧索、咽后壁粘膜及淋巴滤泡等）3-5次，使患处微微出血，最后锡类散均匀吹敷于点刺部位。放血治疗3天一次，锡类散喷咽部每天3次，共28天。

The doctor gently and rapidly pricks the affected area of the pharynx (lateral pharynx, mucous membrane of the posterior pharynx wall and lymphatic follicles, etc.) 3-5 times with a 5-inch millimeter needle to make the affected area slightly bleed. Finally, the tin powder is evenly blown and applied to the punctured area. Bloodletting was treated once every 3 days and tin powder was sprayed into the pharynx 3 times a day for 28 days.
