研究目的：

本研究利用便携式彩超监测下肢循环来个体化设置骨科下肢手术中的止血带压力，可直观地观察到腘动脉搏动以及腘动脉管腔面图、肌肉厚度、血流速度及血流峰图等，为调节止血带压力提供更为直观、可靠的数据；可评估动静脉血流阻断效果，给止血带最佳充气压力确定提供客观、科学的依据，以减少止血带并发症的发生,提高使用止血带的安全性。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, portable color ultrasound was used to monitor the circulation of the lower extremity to individualize the tourniquet pressure during orthopedic lower extremity surgery. Popliteal pulse, lumen surface diagram of popliteal artery, muscle thickness, blood flow velocity and blood flow peak diagram could be visually observed, providing more intuitive and reliable data for regulating the tourniquet pressure. In order to reduce the complications of tourniquet and improve the safety of using tourniquet, we can evaluate the effect of blocking the blood flow of arteries and veins and provide objective and scientific basis for determining the best inflatable pressure of tourniquet.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）需使用气压止血带的骨科下肢手术患者； （2）神志清楚、同意参与本研究者； （3）18-69岁，男女不限。

Inclusion criteria

(1) orthopedic lower limb surgery patients who need to use pneumatic tourniquet; (2) clear mind and consent to participate in the researcher; (3) Aged 18-69 years old, male and female.

排除标准：

（1）开放性骨折、严重挤压伤、患肢有静脉曲张并血栓形成的患者； （2）术前凝血功能异常或血小板计数异常者； （3）有严重高血压、糖尿病及心、脑、肾等重要器官并发症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with open fracture, severe crush injury, varicose veins and thrombosis in the affected limb; (2) preoperative abnormal coagulation function or abnormal platelet count; (3) patients with severe hypertension, diabetes and complications of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs.
