研究目的：

初步验证《肾阳虚证诊断标准》在临床疾病人群诊断的适用情况，与临床疾病诊断的契合度。

Objectives of Study：

Preliminary verification of the application of "Diagnostic Criteria for Kidney-Yang Deficiency syndrome" in the diagnosis of clinical diseases, and the compatibility with clinical disease diagnosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）为临床肾病科、男科、妇科、内分泌科病科门诊或病房患者； 2）年龄≥18岁 3）自愿参与本研究，签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Outpatient or ward patients of clinical nephrology, andrology, gynecology and endocrinology departments; 2) Aged >=18 years; 3) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）病情复杂，中医证候诊断有寒热错杂、或阴阳俱虚者； 2）语言功能受损、或不能准确表达症状描述病情者。 3)妊娠或哺乳期妇女，精神疾患患者； 4）中医第一证候辨证不是肾阳虚证者

Exclusion criteria：

1. The condition is complex and TCM syndromes show mixed cold and heat, or deficiency of Yin and Yang; 2. Impaired speech function, or unable to accurately express symptoms and describe the disease; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, patients with mental disorders; 4. The first syndrome of TCM is not the syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency.
