研究目的：

采用随机对照的临床研究方法，客观评价健脾通络解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效及安全性，同时通过慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗前后胃黏膜和正常样本之间的比较从而了解细胞或组织中蛋白质整体水平的变化情况。可以整体全面的分析本病发生、发展的机制:或发现与疾病特异性相关的生物标记物、以应用于本病诊断、治疗与预防。

Objectives of Study：

The clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis were objectively evaluated by randomized controlled clinical research methods. At the same time, the changes of the overall level of protein in cells or tissues were understood by comparing the gastric mucosa and normal samples before and after treatment in chronic atrophic gastritis patients. It can analyze the mechanism of the occurrence and development of the disease as a whole : or find biomarkers related to the specificity of the disease to be applied to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

治疗组：健脾通络解毒方（基本方：党参/太子参、莪术、炒白术、茯苓、法半夏、黄连、丹参、浙贝母、陈皮、藤梨根、甘草）。治疗过程中，随证加减，加减方法：兼中气虚甚者，加炙黄芪；兼中焦虚寒者，加干姜、桂枝；兼胃阴亏虚者，加北沙参、麦冬、石斛；胃络瘀阻甚者，加赤芍、蒲黄、五灵脂；兼湿浊内盛者，加白豆蔻、炒苍术、厚朴；兼脾胃湿热者，加黄连、黄芩、蒲公英；兼肝气郁结者，加柴胡、炒枳壳、白芍。中药统一由广安门医院药剂科煎制，水煎剂150ml-200ml，早晚2次，饭后半小时温服。 对照组：摩罗丹（【生产单位】邯郸制药股份有限公司，【批准 文国药准字 Z13021325）。日3次，每次18g，饭后温水口服。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Treatment group : Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu Decoction ( basic prescription : Dangshen / Taizishen, Ezhu, Chaobaizhu ,Poria, Pinellia, Coptis, Salvia, Zhejiang Fritillary, Tangerine Peel, rattan pear root, licorice ). In the course of treatment, with the card to add and subtract, add and subtract method : and in the qi deficiency, plus Zhihuangqi ; the middle-jiao deficiency cold, plus dried ginger, cassia twig ; and stomach yin deficiency, Jiabeishashen, Maidong, Shihu ; stomach collaterals stasis, plus Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Puhuang, Wulingzhi ; and wet turbidity Sheng, plus white cardamom, fried Atractylodes, Magnolia ; and spleen and stomach damp heat, plus Coptis, Scutellaria, dandelion ; for patients with liver qi stagnation, add bupleurum, fried aurantii fructus and white peony root. The traditional Chinese medicine was uniformly decocted by the Pharmacy Department of Guang 'anmen Hospital. The decoction was 150ml-200ml, twice in the morning and evening, and taken warmly half an hour after meals. Control group : Morodan ( [ production unit ] Handan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., [ approved ] Wen Guo Yao Zhunzi Z13021325 ). Three times a day, 18 g each time, warm water after meals.

纳入标准：

①.年龄在18岁-65岁；②.符合西医慢性萎缩性胃炎诊断标准；③.符合中医脾胃虚弱兼胃络瘀血证诊断标准；④.患者自愿参加本课题并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 .18-65 years old ; 2 .in line with Western diagnostic criteria for chronic atrophic gastritis ; 3. In line with the diagnostic criteria of TCM spleen and stomach weakness and stomach collaterals blood stasis syndrome ; 4. Patients volunteered to participate in this project and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①.胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡或溃疡伴出血者； ②.经病理组织学诊断为中重度异型增生者； ③.怀疑有胃癌或其他系统恶性病变者； ④.有胃部手术史者； ⑤.长期服用非甾体抗炎类药物者； ⑥.合并心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等原发性疾病及精神病患者等 ⑦.妊娠、哺乳期妇女 ⑧.过敏体质或者对本试验用药过敏者。 ⑨.近1月内参加过其他临床药物实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer or ulcer with bleeding ; 2 patients with moderate to severe dysplasia diagnosed by histopathology ; 3 patients with suspected gastric cancer or other malignant lesions ; 4 patients with a history of gastric surgery ; 5 long-term use of NSAID drugs ; 6 Complicated with primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and psychiatric patients. 7 Pregnant and lactating women 8 allergic constitution or allergic to the test drug. 9 those who participated in other clinical drug experiments in the past month.

本研究运用SPSS25.0统计软件按照病例分配数及1：1分配比例生成随机数字分组表，随机数字分组表装入信封内，密封，该表由独立于本研究的研究人员进行妥善保管。根据随机数字表，按试验组和对照组进行随机编号，按就诊顺序分为治疗组和对照组。

In this study, SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to generate a random number grouping table according to the number of cases and the 1 : 1 distribution ratio. The random number grouping table was put into an envelope and sealed. The table was properly kept by researchers independent of this study. According to the random number table, the experimental group and the control group were randomly numbered and divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment.
