研究目的：

在前人研究的基础上开展一项前瞻性、随机对照临床研究，以探讨吴茱萸热敷是否可以加速回肠原位新膀胱术后患者的胃肠功能恢复，同时探索吴茱萸热敷能否减少术后肠梗阻的发生率，为吴茱萸热敷促进回肠原位新膀胱术后患者的胃肠功能恢复拓宽思路，并提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of previous studies, a prospective, randomized controlled clinical study was carried out to explore whether Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after orthotopic ileal neobladder surgery, and to explore whether Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress can reduce the incidence of postoperative intestinal obstruction, so as to broaden the and provide the basis for Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after orthotopic ileal neobladder surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）手术方式采用根治性膀胱切除术+回肠原位新膀胱术； （2）年龄：45-75岁； （3）手术均由同一组医生负责； （4）患者营养情况良好,体质指数(BMI)在18.5-24.9； （5）患者及家属签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) Radical cystectomy and orthotopic ileal neobladder were used in the operation ; ( 2 ) Age : 45-75 years ; ( 3 ) The same group of doctors shall be responsible for the operation ; ( 4 ) The nutritional status of patients was good, and the body mass index ( BMI ) was 18.5 – 24.9 ; ( 5 ) Patients and their families sign informed consent ;

排除标准：

（1）手术时间大于6个小时 （2）有精神疾病和意识障碍,不能配合主动活动的患者；

由非本课题组成员运用 Research Randomizer网站产生一套1-40的随机数字序列，然后将这些随机数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封、不透光的信封中，并做好保管工作。负责病例收集的小组成员通过筛选并确定纳入研究对象后，通过电话询问随机数字保管员分组情况。随机数字保管员按顺序拆开信封并告知分组情况，若信封内的随机数字为1-20，则将该研究对象被分配到试验组，若为21-40则被分配到对照组。
