研究目的:

基于舌象特征的分子生物学,探索全身免疫及微生态生物学特性在食管癌前病变“炎-癌”转化过程中的相关性及机制。从热-瘀病机分子生物学基础,阐明食管癌前病变-癌变的中医病机转化的分子生物学机制。

Objectives of Study:

Based on the molecular biology of tongue image characteristics the correlation and mechanism of systemic immunity and microecological biology in the inflammatory to cancerous transformation of esophageal precancerous lesions were explored. Based on the molecular biological basis of the pathogenesis of heat-stasis disease the molecular biological mechanism of the pathogenesis transformation of esophageal precancerous lesions into cancerous changes in traditional Chinese medicine was elucidated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

纳入标准:

①年龄 40-69 岁; ②一般状况良好,ECOG 评分 0-2 分; ③经病理学确诊为正常食管粘膜、低级别上皮内瘤变或早期食管癌(包括高级别上皮内瘤变)的食管鳞癌高危筛查人群; ④了解并同意接受本项目相关资料及标本采集,并签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

① Age 40-69 years old; ② Generally in good condition ECOG score 0-2 points; ③ Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma high-risk screening population with pathological diagnosis of normal esophageal mucosa low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or early esophageal cancer (including high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia); ④ Understand and agree to accept the relevant data and specimen collection of this project and sign the informed consent;

排除标准:

①孕妇或哺乳期患者; ②合并其他部位肿瘤、器质性疾病、急性口腔感染、HBV、HCV 疾病; ③采集菌群前 4 周内有腹泻病史或感染性疾病史; ④采集菌群前 4 周内使用抗生素、PPI 或其他抑酸药物、激素、调节肠道菌群相关药物,如培菲康等微生态制剂; ⑤采集舌象前有进食影响舌色变化的食物或药物; ⑥精神疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria:

① Pregnant or lactating patients; ② Patients with concurrent tumors in other parts organic diseases acute oral infections HBV or HCV diseases; ③ Patients with a history of diarrhea or infectious diseases within 4 weeks before collecting the microbiota; ④ Patients who have used antibiotics PPIs or other acid-suppressing drugs hormones or drugs related to regulating intestinal microbiota such as probiotics like Bifico within 4 weeks before collecting the microbiota; ⑤ Patients who have consumed foods or drugs that affect tongue color within 4 weeks before collecting the tongue image; ⑥ Patients with mental disorders.
