研究目的：

创建一种能够微创，便捷，副反应低，费用不高的处理早期肺癌中西医结合方法。主要内容：通过对病理明确的早期肺癌同时又不适合手术的患者进行CT引导下的经皮肺穿微波消融，同时以针刺麻醉配合减少消融术中患者的疼痛等副反应。

Objectives of Study：

Objective to establish a minimally invasive, convenient, low side effects, low cost treatment of early lung cancer method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Main contents: CT guided percutaneous microwave ablation of lung cancer was performed in patients with pathologically confirmed early lung cancer but not suitable for surgery. At the same time, acupuncture anesthesia was used to reduce the pain and other side effects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、性别不限、年龄18-80岁； 2、胸部CT发现肺部结节，且结节为大小在5mm到30mm之间磨玻璃结节影或实质性结节； 3、经病理明确为肺部原发恶性肿瘤，且未接受过相应的治疗； 4、因肺功能中、重度减退无法行手术或不愿意手术的早期或极早期肺癌患者； 5、主要器官功能正常，即符合下列标准： 血常规检查标准需符合： HB≥120g/L（14天内未输血）； ANC ≥2.0×10^9/L； PLT ≥100×10^9/L 生化检查需符合以下标准： BIL＜1.25倍正常值上限(ULN) ； ALT和AST＜1.5× ULN； 血清Cr≤1 × ULN，内生肌酐清除率＞50ml/min（Cockcroft-Gault公式）； 6、ECOG评分0-1分； 7、预期生存时间>1年者。

Inclusion criteria

1. No gender limit, age 18-80 years old; 2. Chest CT showed pulmonary nodules, and the nodules were ground glass nodules or solid nodules with the size of 5mm to 30mm; 3. It was confirmed by pathology as primary malignant tumor of lung, and had not received corresponding treatment. 4. Patients with early or very early lung cancer who are unable to undergo surgery or are unwilling to undergo surgery due to moderate or severe lung function decline. 5. The function of the main organs is normal, that is to say, it meets the following standards: The blood routine examination standard should meet the following requirements: HB >= 120g / L (no blood transfusion within 14 days); ANC >= 2.0 x 10^9/L; PLT >= 100 x 10^9/L; Biochemical examination should meet the following standards: Bil < 1.25 times upper limit of normal value (ULN); ALT and AST < 1.5 x ULN; Serum Cr <= 1 x ULN, endogenous creatinine clearance rate > 50ml / min (Cockcroft Gault formula) 6. ECoG score 0-1; 7. The expected survival time was more than 1 year.

排除标准：

1、活动性结核（TB）； 2、凝血功能异常（PT>16 s、APTT>43 s、TT>21 s、Fbg< 2 g/L），具有出血倾向（如活动性消化道溃疡）或正在接受溶栓或抗凝治疗 3、IV级充血性心力衰竭（纽约心脏病协会分级），控制不佳且有临床意义的心律失常和/或3月内出现急性心肌梗塞者； 4、合并有血液病或其他部位恶性肿瘤未愈者； 5、孕妇； 6、精神病患者； 7、预期生存时间<1年者； 8、胸部螺旋CT显示肺部毁损病变或者存在完全性肺不张者，双肺肺大疱大于所在肺叶1/3者； 9、ECOG评分大于2分； 10、不能配合或拒绝接受治疗或检测者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Active tuberculosis (TB); 2. Abnormal coagulation function (PT > 16 S, APTT > 43 s, TT > 21 s, FBG < 2 g / L), bleeding tendency (such as active peptic ulcer) or undergoing thrombolytic or anticoagulant therapy; 3. Grade IV congestive heart failure (NYHA classification), poorly controlled and clinically significant arrhythmias and / or acute myocardial infarction within 3 months; 4. Patients with hematologic disease or other malignant tumors were not cured; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Mental patients; 7. The expected survival time was less than 1 year; 8. Chest spiral CT showed lung lesions or complete atelectasis, double lung bullae larger than 1 / 3 of the lobes; 9. ECoG score was more than 2 points; 10. Unable to cooperate or refuse to receive treatment or testing.
