研究目的：

构建基于二元的五行音乐干预方案，开展临床随机对照试验，评价五行音乐疗法对癌症患者及其主要照顾者睡眠质量、疲乏、焦虑、抑郁以及疼痛的效果，并计算不同干预措施的健康产出，综合评价该措施的医疗服务效果和效用。

Objectives of Study：

To construct a five-element music intervention program based on binary, carry out clinical randomized controlled trials to evaluate the effects of five-element music therapy on sleep quality, fatigue, anxiety, depression and pain of cancer patients and their main caregivers, calculate the health outputs of different interventions, and comprehensively evaluate the medical service effect and utility of the measures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

癌症患者纳入标准：1）经病理学诊断为I-III期原发性肿瘤且知晓病情；2）年龄≥18岁；3）匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）＞7分；4）意识清楚，配合良好；5）有智能手机；6）能提供知情同意。 照顾者纳入标准：1）参与患者的主要照顾（与患者住在一起或在过去一个月内每周至少看望患者两次）；2）年龄≥18岁；3）意识清楚，配合良好；4）有智能手机；5）能提供知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for cancer patients: 1) Stage I-III primary tumor diagnosed by pathology and knowledge of the disease; 2) age ≥18 years old; 3) Pittsburgh sleep quality Index (PSQI) > 7; 4) clear consciousness and good cooperation; 5) have a smartphone; 6) able to provide informed consent. Inclusion criteria for caregivers included: 1) involvement in the primary care of the patient (living with the patient or visiting the patient at least twice a week in the past month); 2) age ≥18 years old; 3) clear consciousness and good cooperation; 4) having a smartphone; 5) able to provide informed consent.

排除标准：

Exclusion criteria：

Each patient-caregiver dyad was assigned a serial number according to the order of enrollment, and stratified randomization was performed according to the patient's baseline sleep quality (PSQI score ≤12 or > 12), and each dyad was randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the intervention group or the control group. The randomization process was performed by a research assistant who had no contact with the participants, and the recruitment and assignment of participants were performed by a second research assistant. Data collection was performed by a research assistant who was unaware of the trial-group assignments.
