探讨远程康复对颈椎病的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of remote rehabilitation on cervical spondylosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合颈椎病上述诊断标准； 2. 性别不限，年龄在60-70岁间（含60和70岁）； 3. 签署知情同意书自愿参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis; 2. Patients aged between 60 and 70 years old (including 60 and 70 years old) are not limited to gender. 3. Patients who signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

1. 合并有颈椎结核、颈椎肿瘤、脊柱椎体骨折、椎体滑脱或颈髓的其他疾患和（或）颈椎先天畸形者； 2. 合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重危及生命的原发性疾病患者； 3. 有颈部皮肤损伤和严重皮肤疾病者； 4. 怀孕或哺乳期、月经期妇女； 5. 有癫痫、中风或其他神经系统器质性疾病史或精神病史者； 6. 依从性低，不能配合本研究安排者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who did not meet the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis; 2. Patients with cervical tuberculosis, cervical tumor, vertebral fracture, spondylolisthesis or other diseases of cervical spinal cord and / or congenital malformation of cervical spine; 3. Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 4. Patients with neck skin injury and severe skin diseases; 5. Pregnant, lactating and menstrual women; 6. Patients younger than 60 years old or older than 70 years old; 7. Patients with epilepsy, stroke or other organic diseases of nervous system or mental history; 8. Patients with low compliance and unable to cooperate with the arrangement of this study.
