研究目的：

本研究采用非干预性研究设计，收集并观察非小细胞肺癌化疗患者的营养状况，中医证候等，研究将比较不同化疗周期患者的营养状况及证候，体质，症状的动态变化，梳理不同阶段的NSCLC化疗患者的营养及中医证候等分布特点及影响因素。

Objectives of Study：

This study is a non-intervention study. To collect and observe the nutritional status and TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) syndrome of patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) undergoing chemotherapy. To compare the dynamic changes in nutritional status and TCM syndrome among patients at different chemotherapy cycles. To analyze the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of nutritional status and TCM syndrome and constitution factors among NSCLC patients at various stages of chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Not applicable.

纳入标准：

(1)病理诊断明确为非小细胞肺癌； (2)PS（Performance Status,体力状态评分）≤2分，经与主治医生沟通拟化疗且预计能按规定完成至少2周期化疗的患者（包含初次化疗者以及既往接受过化疗的患者）； (3)年龄≥18岁且≤80岁，性别不限； (4)理解、同意参与本研究且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pathological diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); (2) PS≤2 and patients who are planned for at least 2 cycle of chemotherapy after consultation with the attending physician (including both patients undergoing their first chemotherapy cycle and those who have previously received chemotherapy); (3) Age ≥ 18 years and ≤ 80 years with no gender restriction; (4) Patients who understand and agree to participate in this study and have signed the consent form.

排除标准：

(1)明确精神病史或其他因素导致交流障碍无法配合完成调查问卷的患者； (2)多原发癌者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a definitive psychiatric history or those with communication barriers that will prevent them from cooperating to complete the survey questionnaires; (2) Patients with multiple primary cancers
