降低小儿腭咽扁桃体切除术后的躁动

Objectives of Study：

To reduce postoperative agitation after tonsillectomy in children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本课题拟采用耳甲艇穴位电刺激（5毫安，30分钟），观察患儿心率、血压、麻醉药物使用剂量、拔管时间、外周血炎症因子水平、术后躁动评分和术后恢复室评分，探讨其对小儿腭咽扁切除术后躁动的影响。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The purpose of this study was to observe the heart rate, blood pressure, dosage of anesthetic drugs, extubation time, levels of peripheral blood inflammatory factors, postoperative agitation score and postoperative recovery room score of the children by means of electric stimulation at the acupoint of otocardia (5 mA, 30 min), and to investigate the influence of these factors on postoperative agitation after palatopharyngiectomy.

纳入标准：

ASA1-II级，年龄2-8岁，行扁桃体切除术

Inclusion criteria

ASA I-II, age 2-8, undergoing tonsillectomy

排除标准：

发育迟缓、心脏病、心理疾病、癫痫、凝血障碍、沟通障碍、研究药物过敏

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with the history of developmental delay, cardiac disorder, psychological disorder,epilepsy, bleeding and communication disorder and allergy to study medications
