研究目的：

探讨褪黑素水平与生物钟基因水平的关联，以及这些指标与心梗发病时间点的相关性，以期为临床上预测急性心肌梗死的发病时间提供思路

Objectives of Study：

Objective to explore the association between melatonin level and circadian genes level, and the correlation between these indicators and the occurrence of myocardial infarction, so as to provide ideas for clinical prediction of the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①急性心肌梗死组： 符合急性心肌梗死诊断标准并确诊者； ②非冠心病组： 既往无冠心病诊断史，无典型缺血性心前区疼痛症状，心电图无缺血相关改变； ③年龄在 45 周岁-65 周岁； ④生源地及久居地为北京市； ⑤自愿参加试验，签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Acute myocardial infarction group: those who met the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction and were diagnosed; 2. Non coronary heart disease group: no previous diagnosis of coronary heart disease 3. Aged from 45 to 65 years; 4. The place of origin and permanent residence is Beijing; 5. Those who voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

①主动脉夹层、肺动脉栓塞、原发性心肌病； ②有恶性肿瘤； ③合并严重感染者，如：严重的肺部感染等； ④有血液系统疾病者； ⑤现合并能引起体内激素变化的疾病，如：垂体瘤、库欣综合征、肾上腺瘤等； ⑥服用抗精神类药物或有精神疾病史者； ⑦合并糖尿病患者； ⑧妊娠或哺乳期妇女，以及诊断为更年期综合征妇女； ⑨肝功能不全者（谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶升高正常值 2 倍以上）； ⑩肾功能不全者（血清肌酐升高正常值 1.5 倍以上）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aortic dissection, pulmonary embolism, primary cardiomyopathy; 2. There were malignant tumors; 3. Patients with severe infection, such as severe pulmonary infection; 4. Patients with hematological diseases; 5. Some diseases can cause hormone changes in the body, such as pituitary adenoma, Cushing's syndrome and adrenal adenoma Etc; 6. Taking antipsychotics or having a history of mental illness; 7. Patients with diabetes; 8. Pregnant or lactating women, and women diagnosed with climacteric syndrome; 9. Patients with liver dysfunction; 10. Patients with renal insufficiency.
