验证武当医学电能介入促进骨折快速愈合的临床疗效，探索其相关的生物学机制。

Objectives of Study：

To verify the clinical effect of electrical energy intervention of Wudang Medicine in promoting fracture healing, and explore the biologic mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合诊断标准的的桡骨远端骨折患者； 2. 年龄在18-80岁之间； 3. 无心脏起搏器； 4. 自愿参与本研究； 5. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with Colles fractures who met the diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 18-80 years; 3. No pacemaker; 4. Voluntary participation in this study; 5. Signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 开放性骨折； 2. 有严重的内科基础性疾病，或神经系统疾病不能完成试验治疗； 3. 有人工耳蜗的患者； 4. 合并骨肿瘤或其他肿瘤转移导致的病理性骨折的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with open fracture; 2. Patients with serious diseases that can not complete the trial treatment; 3. Patients with cochlear implant; 4. Patients with pathological fracture caused by bone tumor or other tumor metastasis.
