研究目的：

观察电针缓解甲状腺切除术患者瑞芬太尼输注后痛觉过敏的有效性

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of Electroacupuncture on Remifentanil-Induced Postinfusion Hyperalgesia in patients Undergoing Thyroidectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.拟行甲状腺切除手术患者。 2.患者麻醉ASA分级为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，年龄为18～80岁。 3.患者自愿，并签订知情同意书。 4.患者接受针灸治疗，有良好的依从性。

Inclusion criteria

patients who were 18–80 years old, classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I or II, any sex, and scheduled for elective thyroidectomy under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

1.患者合并其他精神障碍者。 2.患者对针灸治疗反感者，依从性差者。 3.失语、视听障碍患者。 4.体内置入起搏器等电子设备者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with other mental disorders. 2. Patients who dislike acupuncture treatment and have poor compliance. 3. Aphasia, hearing-impaired patients. 4. Implanting electronic devices such as pacemakers in the body.
