研究目的：

中药改善血管内皮内环境，以内分泌科医生为主导的综合诊疗模式建立代谢综合征外环境的，通过本研究探索这种内外结合的诊疗模式对代谢综合征的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the vascular endothelial environment, and the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment model led by endocrinologist can establish the external environment of metabolic syndrome. Through this study, the effect of this diagnosis and treatment model combining internal and external factors on metabolic syndrome is explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

①签署知情同意书者 ②年龄≥40岁且<70岁； ③新诊断MS，或既往诊断MS，服用降糖、降压、降脂药物控制不佳，或体型肥胖者。且BMI≤35，血糖＜16,7mmol/L，HbA1c＜9%，收缩期血压＜180mmHg，舒张期血压＜110mmHg; ④符合中医证候诊断标准

Inclusion criteria

1. sign the informed consent 2. Aged 40 to 70 years old; 3. New diagnosis of MS, or previous diagnosis of MS, poor control of hypoglycemic, hypotensive, lipid-lowering drugs, or obesity.BMI<=35, blood glucose <16,7mmol/L, HbA1c < 9%, systolic blood pressure < 180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure < 110mmHg. In line with the standard of TCM syndrome diagnosis

排除标准：

①I型糖尿病，糖尿病酮症、酮症酸中毒以及严重感染者； ②过敏体质者。④妊娠、准备妊娠或哺乳期妇女； ③近期手术、感染、心梗等应激状态； ④有严重心、肝、肾、脑、血液系统等并发症或合并其它严重原发性疾病、精神病患者（ALT、BUN、 Cr 升高超过 1.5 倍）； ⑤不合作者（不能配合饮食控制，或不按规定用药而影响疗效者）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type I diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, ketoacidosis and seriously infected persons; 2. Allergic constitution; 3. Women who are pregnant or preparing to be pregnant or breast-feeding; 4. Recent operation, infection, myocardial infarction and other stress states; 5. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney, brain, blood system complications or other serious primary diseases, psychiatric patients (ALT, BUN, Cr increased by more than 1.5 times); 6. Those who did not agree with the author (who could not cooperate with the diet control, or did not take the medicine according to the regulation, which affected the curative effect).
