通过随机对照研究证实在术中全身麻醉复合经皮穴位电刺激在减轻阿片药物诱导痛觉敏化的作用研究

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of intraoperative general anesthesia combined with Transcutanclus Electrical Acupoint Stimulation on reducing opioid induced pain sensitization

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 18 岁≤年龄≤70岁； 2. 患者ASA评分 I～Ⅲ； 3.全身麻醉下行择期妇科手术患者； 4. 自愿接受术后自控静脉镇痛的患者； 5. 愿意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18 ≤ 70 years old; 2. ASA I-III; 3.Patients under general anesthesia; 4.Voluntarily to accept postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia; 5.Voluntarily to participate the study.

排除标准：

1. 合并慢性疼痛或长期服用镇痛药物； 2. 研究指定穴位处存在损伤或皮疹等； 3. 安装临时起搏器的产妇； 4. 任何原因不能配合研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With chornic pain or receiving analgesic drugs long-term; 2. With damage or rash on skin of study loctation; 3. With temporary cardiac pacemaker; 4. Can not cooperate with the study because of any reason.
