研究目的:

本研究选择大学生群体,观察冰糖桃苡茶在预防学生群体PM2.5引起心肺功能降低及健康危害的作用,同时分析冰糖桃苡茶成分,PM2.5成分以及人群实时暴露浓度,进一步探索食药同源类中药干预在改善PM2.5引起损伤的作用机制。

Objectives of Study:

In this study, college students are selected to observer the effect of traditional chinese medicine(TCM) on the cadiopuulmonary function and health hazard casused by PM2.5 exposure. Meanwhile, the composite of TMC and PM2.5, the real-time exposure concentration are analyzed to further explore the mechanism of TCM intervention in improving the health hazard caused by PM2.5.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

冰糖桃苡茶包含苇茎,薏苡仁,桃仁,冬瓜仁等煎煮后喷雾干燥,制粒,加辅料,10g装袋。 安慰剂由辅料(麦芽糊精)加焦糖色素,加水溶解后喷雾干燥,制粒,10g装袋。 每人每日服用2包(10g/包)颗粒剂,早晚各一包,持续4个星期。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

The sugar sugar peach peach tea contains reed stem, coix seed, peach kernel, wax gourd kernel and so on. After spray drying, granulating, adding accessories, 10g bagging. The placebo is made from excipient (maltodextrin) plus caramel pigment, water dissolved, spray dried, granulated, and 10g bagged. Each person took 2 bags (10g / bag) of granules daily, one bag in the morning and one bag in the evening, for 4 weeks.

纳入标准:

1)年龄在18-26岁; 2)无吸烟史; 3)近一个月在石家庄市地区; 4)知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Subjects aged 18-26 years. 2. Subjects without smoking history. 3. Subjects in Shijiazhuang in recent one month. 4. The object of informed consent.

排除标准:

1. 心血管、肺部疾病,急性传染病,其它慢性疾病; 2. 有过敏史或家族过敏史; 3. 近一个月内服用其它药物; 4. 正在参与其它临床试验; 5. 同寝室有吸烟同学。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, acute infectious diseases and other chronic diseases; 2. Patients with allergic history or family allergic history; 3. Subjects taking other drugs in the past month; 4. Subjects participating in other clinical trials; 5. Those who smoke in the same dormitory.
