研究目的：

通过对心力衰竭心气虚证患者（64例）与健康人（64例）人体代谢物、微生物的构成差异开展研究，初步探究心力衰竭常见中医证候（气虚证）与健康人之间人体代谢物、微生物是否具有明显差异，初步筛选出其中特异性代谢物、菌群，协助临床中医辨证，为心衰的防治提供新的思路和方法。

Objectives of Study：

Through the research on the composition differences of human metabolites and microorganisms between heart failure patients with xin qi deficiency syndrome (64 cases) and healthy people (64 cases), this study preliminarily explores whether there are obvious differences in human metabolites and microorganisms between common traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of heart failure (qi deficiency syndrome) and healthy people, preliminarily screens out specific metabolites and flora among them, assists the differentiation of syndromes in clinical traditional Chinese medicine, and provides new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

患者纳入标准: (1)西医诊断标准：参照《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2018》。 (2)中医诊断标准：参考本研究小组设计心气虚表型组评分标准（见附表），并有固定的3名主治及主治以上医师作出辩证分型且符合研究者设计的心气虚证辩证评分标准。 (3)年龄≥18岁； (4)自愿参加试验研究，并已签署知情同意书者。 健康人群的纳入标准 (1)无冠心病、高血压、肾病、肿瘤等内科疾病；体格检查、实验室检查、心电图检查无明显异常（能够提供近三个月相关检查报告）； (2)男女不限，年龄≥18岁； (3)无嗜烟、酗酒、吸毒等不良嗜好，生活作息规律； (4)一月内无肠道感染者； (5)一月内未使用抗生素及益生菌制剂，未饮用酸奶； (6)自愿研究期间不使用任何抗生素药物； (7)试验前3个月内没有参加过临床试验； (8)耐受静脉穿刺，无晕针晕血史；采样过程符合医院伦理委员会的要求； (9)受试者知情，并且同意配合； (10)经中医辩证不属于心气虚证。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for patients: (1) Diagnostic standards of Western medicine: refer to Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure 2018; (2) Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）diagnostic criteria: refer to the scoring criteria for the phenotype group of xin qi deficiency designed by this research group (see the attached table), and 3 attending physicians and above have made the dialectical classification, which conforms to the dialectical scoring criteria for xin qi deficiency designed by researchers; (3) Aged >=18 years; (4) Those who voluntarily participate in the experimental study and have signed the informed consent. Inclusion criteria for healthy people: (1) No internal medical diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, kidney disease, tumor; physical examination, laboratory examination, electrocardiogram examination have no obvious abnormalities (relevant examination reports can be provided for the past three months); (2) Male or female aged >=18 years; (3) There are no bad habits such as smoking, alcoholism, and drug use, and the rules of daily life; (4) No intestinal infection in one month; (5) Not using antibiotics and probiotics, and drinking yogurt within one month; (6) Do not use any antibiotic drugs during voluntary research; (7) Did not participate in a clinical trial within 3 months before the trial; (8) Tolerated venipuncture, no history of halo acupuncture; sampling process meets the requirements of the hospital ethics committee; (9) The subject is informed and agrees to cooperate; (10)Dialectical by traditional Chinese medicine does not belong to the xin qi deficiency syndrome.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠及哺乳期妇女； （2）有精神异常及不愿合作者 ； （3）病情危重者，研究者判断无法坚持者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant and lactating women; 2. People with mental disorders and unwillingness to cooperate; 3. For those who are critically ill, the researcher judges that they cannot persist.
