研究目的：

以真实世界研究的形式，评价“颈部七线法”针刺治疗突发性聋的有效性及安全性，形成突发性聋的针刺治疗方案，为临床治疗该病提供新的思路和手段；并通过fMRI技术，系统分析本疗法对突发性聋患者局部脑区及脑功能网络的影响，并分析在不同听力曲线分型中的差异，进而探索针刺治疗突发性聋的脑效应机制。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the "neck seven-line acupuncture" acupuncture treatment for sudden sensorineural hearing loss in the form of real-world research and establish an acupuncture treatment protocol for sudden sensorineural hearing loss providing new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of this condition; and through fMRI technology systematically analyze the effects of this therapy on local brain regions and brain functional networks in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss and analyze the differences among various audiometric curve types further exploring the brain mechanisms underlying acupuncture treatment for sudden sensorineural hearing loss.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志编辑委员会和中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学分会修订的《突发性聋诊断和治疗指南（2015）》中的诊断标准，且为单侧突发性聋； （2）年龄在18~80岁，男女不限； （3）临床资料完整，听力学等检查资料齐全。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden Deafness (2015)" revised by the Editorial Board of the Chinese Journal of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and the Chinese Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and presenting as unilateral sudden deafness; (2) Age between 18 and 80 regardless of gender; (3) Complete clinical data with complete audiologic and other examination records.

排除标准：

（1）其他原因导致的感音神经性聋，如：老年性聋、药物性聋、噪声性聋、外伤性聋、自身免疫性感音神经性聋、听神经瘤、梅尼埃病、特殊感染导致的听力下降等； （2）排除内耳畸形、蜗神经发育不良等先天发育异常； （3）孕妇及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Sensorineural hearing loss due to other causes such as: presbycusis drug-induced hearing loss noise-induced hearing loss traumatic hearing loss autoimmune sensorineural hearing loss acoustic neuroma Meniere's disease and hearing loss caused by specific infections etc.; (2) Rule out congenital developmental abnormalities such as inner ear malformation and cochlear nerve hypoplasia; (3) Pregnant and lactating women.

单中心前瞻性队列研究，纳入东直门医院耳鼻喉科未来2年的突发性聋患者370例；按照患者针灸治疗情况自然形成队列，以接受“颈部七线法”针刺治疗次数时间≥3次作为暴露因素，分为暴露组（“颈部七线法”针刺+常规治疗），及非暴露组（仅接受常规治疗，或虽接受针刺治疗但次数<3次者），采用倾向评分匹配法（PSM）均衡患者一般资料。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A single-center prospective cohort study included 370 patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss at the Department of Otolaryngology Dongzhimen Hospital over the next 2 years. According to the acupuncture treatment status of the patients cohorts were naturally formed. The exposure factor was defined as receiving "Neck Seven Lines" acupuncture treatment for a duration of ≥3 sessions dividing patients into an exposed group (acupuncture with "Neck Seven Lines" plus conventional treatment) and a non-exposed group (only conventional treatment or acupuncture treatment with <3 sessions). The propensity score matching (PSM) method was used to balance the general patient information.
