研究目的：

探究代谢性谷氨酸受体5基因rs60954128，rs3824927多态性与精神分裂症（schizophrenia，SCZ）及其常见中医证型癫病-心脾两虚证、狂病-气血瘀滞证遗传易感性的关联性，以及两个多态性位点与其发病年龄，阳性精神疾病家族史、相关量表结果的相关性，从基因多态性角度分析精神分裂症及其中医证型的病因机理，寻找客观化的诊断依据。

Objectives of Study：

Our study was to aim to evaluate the association between rs60954128 and rs3824927 of metabotropic glutamate receptor 5 (GRM5) and schizophreniaits different traditional Chinese medicine syndrome (TCMS) and the schizophrenias syndromefamily historyonset age in Chinese Han people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

精神分裂症组诊断符合《国际疾病分类》第十版（ICD-10）中精神分裂症诊断标准； 同时符合《中医内科病证诊断疗效标准》(ZY/T001.1-94)癫狂病（癫病-心脾两虚证，狂病-气血瘀滞证）辨证分型标准。 健康组经过精神科专业医师精神检查及心理量表评定，排除精神疾病可能，经详细体检及理化检查，评定无心、脑、肝、肾、肺等主要脏器病变。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in ICD-10; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for DIAN KUANG BING in Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Internal; 3. Diseases and Syndromes in TCM; 4. The control group is with no physical or mental illness.

排除标准：

（1）脑器质性疾病； （2）严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病，肿瘤、血液病等躯体疾病病史； （3）酒精、烟草、毒品等精神活性物质滥用史； （4）药物不良反应严重及药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Organic brain disease; 2. People with physical ailments; 3. Personal history of psychoactive substance abuse and other psychoactive substance abuse; 4. History of Drug Allergy.
