研究目的：

1、通过正交试验法探讨不同参数下中药溻渍技术对体温的干预效果，总结分析最佳参数，为规范操作提供研究基础； 2、研制体表温湿度监测工具，用于临床技术操作中，为临床技术实施提供安全保障； 3、研制温湿度探测仪，对患者体温进行实时监测，收集数据分析脓毒症患者发热时体温变化的规律，初步构建脓毒症患者体温的系统评估方法

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine collapse technology on body temperature Through the orthogonal test method under different parameters, summarize and analyze the best parameters, so as to provide a research basis for standardized operation; 2. Developing a body surface temperature and humidity monitoring tool for clinical technology operation to provide safety guarantee for clinical technology implementation; 3. Develop a temperature and humidity detector to monitor the patient's temperature in real time, collect data and analyze the law of temperature change in patients with sepsis during fever, and preliminarily build a systematic evaluation method for the temperature of patients with sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合脓毒症诊断标准，且体温≥38.5℃者； 2.年龄≥18岁； 3.实施操作干预前1小时内未服用降温药物； 4.实施操作干预前2小时内未进行连续肾脏替代疗法治疗； 5.患者皮肤完好，无溃疡，无破溃者； 6.导尿管留置患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis and whose body temperature is ≥ 38.5 ℃; 2. those whose age is ≥ 18 years old; 3. no taking cooling drugs within 1 hour before operation intervention; 4. no continuous renal replacement therapy was performed within 2 hours before the operation intervention; 5. the patient's skin is intact without ulcer or ulceration; 6. patients with indwelling catheter.

排除标准：

1.对本研究所使用的中药有明确过敏反应者； 2.精神或智力障碍无法配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who have definite allergic reaction to the traditional Chinese medicine used in this study; 2.those who have mental or intellectual disorders that can not cooperate with the researcher.
