研究目的：

原发性高血压不仅是危害人类健康的常见心血管疾病之一，也是最早被公认为与人的情绪、行为等相关的心身疾病。蒙医心身互动疗法在临床中，对原发性高血压有显著效果，虽然前期有一定的循证研究基础，但还不足以为整体观临床实践提供科学的、可推广性证据。本研究拟用4次横断面调查问卷研究原发性高血压患者接受蒙医心身互动疗法的心理情绪、躯体症状以及降压药物的情况。探讨该疗法治疗高血压患者的心理情绪、血压控制及生活质量等临床疗效，以及该疗法对降压药物使用的影响。从而为蒙医心身互动疗法对高血压患者血压达标控制和生活质量的临床评价，并将有助于进一步将该疗法向社区的推广。

Objectives of Study：

Essential hypertension is not only one of the common cardiovascular diseases that endanger human health but also the first psychosomatic disease that is recognized as related to human emotions and behaviors. Although there is a certain evidence-based research basis in the early stage it is not enough to provide scientific and generalizable evidence for holistic clinical practice. In this study four cross-sectional questionnaires were used to study the psycho-emotional somatic symptoms and antihypertensive drugs of patients with essential hypertension receiving psychosomatic interaction therapy from Mongolian medicine. To explore the clinical efficacy of this therapy in the treatment of psycho-emotional blood pressure control and quality of life in patients with hypertension as well as the effect of this therapy on the use of antihypertensive drugs. In this way it will be used to evaluate the clinical evaluation of Mongolian medical psychosomatic interaction therapy on blood pressure control and quality of life of hypertensive patients and will help to further promote the therapy to the community.

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-99周岁 2、经正规医院确诊为原发性高血压 3、同意签署知情同意书 4、愿意分享医疗数据和生活习惯 5、在研究期间保持联络并按时完成相关问卷调研

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-99 years old 2. Diagnosed with essential hypertension by a regular hospital 3. Agree to sign the informed consent form 4. Willing to share medical data and lifestyle habits 5. Keep in touch during the study and complete the relevant questionnaires on time

排除标准：

1、年龄小于18周岁或大于99周岁 2、继发性高血压 3、不同意签署知情同意书 4、不愿意分享医疗数据和生活习惯 5、不能在研究期间保持联络并按时完成相关问卷调研
