研究目的：

观察针刺对MCS患者促醒的疗效，利用脑电非线性分析探索促醒作用可能的电生理机制。

Objectives of Study：

Observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on patients with MCS, and explore the possible electrophysiological mechanism of acupuncture by nonlinear electroencephalogram.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）首次脑外伤或脑卒中病程在1-6个月； 2）符合MCS的临床诊断； 3）年龄18-80岁； 4）能够配合脑电检查和针刺治疗； 5）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) This was the first time and the duration of traumatic brain injury or stroke was in 1-6 months; 2) The clinical diagnosis was consistent with MCS; 3) The age was 18-80 years old; 4) It can cooperate with EEG examination and acupuncture treatment; 5) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1）生命体征不稳定； 2）明显的交通性或梗阻性脑积水； 3）严重的脑干损伤或脑肿瘤的患者； 4）严重的痉挛（导致严重的肌电干扰）； 5）发病前既有严重认知障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1) The vital signs were unstable; 2) Obvious communicating or obstructive hydrocephalus; 3) Patients with severe brain stem injury or brain tumor; 4) Severe spasticity (leading to severe EMG interference); 5) There were severe cognitive impairment before onset.
