研究目的：

本研究为非干预性研究。收集并观察非小细胞肺癌化疗患者(首次化疗或非首次化疗)的营养状况，中医证候等，研究将横断面分析患者上述资料的营养特征及中医证候分布规律。

Objectives of Study：

This study is a non-intervention study. To collect and observe the nutritional status and TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) syndrome of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC) patient pre-chemotherapy or post-chemotherapy. To analyze the distribution characteristics of nutritional status and TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) syndrome among NSCLC patients at various stages of chemotherapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Not applicable.

纳入标准：

(1)病理诊断明确为非小细胞肺癌； (2)经与主治医生沟通拟化疗的患者（包含初次行化疗的患者、既往接受过化疗的患者）； (3)年龄≥18岁且≤80岁，性别不限； (4)理解、同意参与本研究且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Pathological diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); (2) Patients who are planned for chemotherapy after consultation with the attending physician (including both patients undergoing their first chemotherapy cycle and those who have previously received chemotherapy); (3) Age ≥ 18 years and ≤ 80 years with no gender restriction; (4) Patients who understand and agree to participate in this study and have signed the consent form.

排除标准：

(1)明确精神病史患者或其他因素导致交流障碍无法配合完成调查问卷的患者； (2)多原发癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a definitive psychiatric history or those with communication barriers that will prevent them from cooperating to complete the survey questionnaires; (2) Patients with multiple primary cancers
